Sleever wrappers operate with an upper and a lower film and are ideal in quickly providing heavy, large products with a safe protective packaging and/or transit packaging. Our robust sleeve wrappers are perfectly accessible from both sides. The lateral film unwinding units enable a quick and user-friendly roll change. As the product's sides remain open, film use is minimised. As an option, the BP 800 features an ultrasonic height detection system, enabling Hugo Beck's flexible banderoling machines to wrap products with a width of up to 800 mm and a height of up to 400 mm in film. In addition to our standard sleeve wrappers, special banderoling machines for special applications such as the stretch-banding of carton blanks are also part of the Hugo Beck portfolio.

Connecting tubes which have been cut to size can be connected to one another using ITAS tube connectors made of cast aluminium via a simple plug-in principle. No further mechanical processing is necessary, which reduces assembly costs to a minimum. An internal clamping mechanism and the tightening of the special clamping screws guarantee a positive connection with smooth transitions, which are pleasant to the touch and also ensure enhanced safety – injuries due to getting caught up are an impossibility. The result is a simple and stable system which fulfils all safety guidelines.

The SANHA series 4000 and 5000 "SA" consist of tried and trusted solder and transition fittings for copper pipes according to EN 1057 and EN 13348 for hard and soft soldering.  All products are certified according to many national and international certification bodies. SANHA capillary solder fittings are manufactured from copper (Cu-DHP, CW024A  for moulded parts) and copper alloys CC499K (threaded parts, cast parts) and fulfill all requirements of BS EN 1254.

This corrugated board packaging with integrated carry handle replaces the aluminium case for joint implants from Otto Bock. It is environmentally friendly and reduces disposal costs. The product packaging facilitates transport and sales of the high-quality implants and is finished with offset printing.

The 'Go-Trolley' wheeled transit packaging securely holds 6 wine bottles in position. Th packaging, with plastic castor wheels is not only a useful means of transport but also a real eye-catcher at the POS. The product packaging made of stable corrugated board has a load-bearing capacity of up to 16 kg in a size of 300x 195x 815 mm.

The product packaging holds 3 Rivella soft drink bottles. Inserts ensure stability and hold the bottles in place. The punched out viewing window gives a clear view of the product.

This transit packaging ensures secure transport of beer bottles specially for online mail order or export. The design tailored to the brand and origin creates identification with the product.

The 3-colour, flexographic-printed packs for Vaillant made of recycled paper are available in several sizes for various products. An auto-lock bottom and interlock allow for easy handling and securely hold the contents.

’How do I find the right packaging to safely ship my products?’ is a favourite question of online retailers. The answer is a trade-off: products must reach customers undamaged, but ideally without using excessive amounts of padding material. Typically, E-tailers use a range of standard-size boxes which need padding with various materials, depending on the product.

Under the motto "Wiener Original" there in July in all 232 target stores Go-Trolleys (full surface printed Trolleys from environmentally friendly corrugated) filled with original Viennese products. Supported by well known brands from Vienna and around Go-Trolleys will be raffled under sweepstakes and sold at the destination point. Printed and original sayings like "lass mi bitte net anglahnt" (let me not be) do the rest in order to keep the trolleys after the first purchase continued in use.

The packaging design encourages shoppers to buy the product. The Super-saver pack from Capri-Sonne is offered in stores in a high-quality flexoprinted product packaging made of corrugated board.

The product packaging for Capri Sonne Freezies promotes the premium brand image and ensures impulse purchases in stores. The packaging is finished with embossing and partial UV varnish. An additional gloss effect underscores the cool iced look. A shelf tray made of corrugated board ensures easy handling and quick placement in stores.

The beverages in corrugated board packaging are well protected on their way in transit and for export. The Capri-Sonne Schorly fruit spritzer is offered in retail stores in a high-quality flexo-printed product packaging.

The innovative SANHA installation system NiroTherm® combines high-quality NiroTherm® press fittings with a black sealing ring made from EPDM (=ethylene propylene diem rubber) and NiroTherm® stainless steel system tubes. The system is produced from the material 1.4301 (AISI 304). Due to the well-known corrosion resistance of stainless steel, NiroTherm® offers installers therefore a real alternative compared to conventional steels when it comes to closed systems in humid atmospheres such as screed. Since it needs considerably less isolation against humidity*, the installation is faster and labour costs accordingly lower. In addition to the system description, NiroTherm® system press fittings are marked on the outside with a red dot. * This does not affect thermal insulation necessitated by national energy efficiency laws.
