We have met the challenge of deburring or rounding these “sharp” edges of the workpieces in companies by developing our deburring grinding wheels and deburring rollers. Plastic for welding … Welding is often the simplest and best way of fastening. The range of different perforated plates offers a wide range of applications. Size and quantity of the welding joints depend on the substructure and must be defined on site. Please note that the perforated metal sheet can under no circumstances take over any static functions. FXE-T2500/50 and 4000/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet trusses in compact design with onBoard control technology are designed for frequent handling of larger formats. Like FXE lifting magnets, they can be operated directly from mains voltage and are therefore very quickly installed and ready for use. They can be controlled directly on the unit or optionally via remote control. The FXE-T6400/80 electro-permanent lifting magnet truss is a fully equipped standard unit with all options. The truss with 6400 kg max. lifting capacity is equipped with sliding magnetic modules and can thus safely move sheet metal formats from min. 1200mm length to max. 6000mm length.

ECKOLD Handformer HZ 52 ideal for use on construction sites The ECKOLD hand pliers HZ 52 are specially designed for doing adjustments and corrections at the worksite by stretching and even shrinking. They can handle sheet metal and profiles up to 1.0 mm thickness or aluminium up to 1.5 mm thickness. HZ 52 hand pliers are used for correcting or adjusting metal profiles and sheet flanges by shrinking or stretching to make them fit perfectly. Furthermore, clinching (connecting metal parts without heat or additional fasteners) is possible. Changing of the application just by changing the tools. A non-detachable fastening for sheet metals can be produced at optimum cost by using self-clinching screws under the brand names of RIVTEX® (for sheet thicknesses between 0.75 and 2.00 mm) and STRUX® (for sheet thicknesses between 2.0 and 5.00 mm). The clinching technology is suitable for steel and aluminium sheets, causes very little cost in inspection and control, and allows several clinch screws to be processed in a single stroke.

The Assfalg Battery Electro-Permanent Lifting Magnetic Beam EPMBL has a compact design. Due to the integrated rechargeable battery box, a power connection is no longer required. The EPM Battery Magnetic Lifting Beam is operated by remote control. The load lifting beam with a max. load of 1,500 kg is equipped with magnetic modules and can thus safely move sheet metal formats from a minimum length of 500 mm to a maximum length of 4,000 mm.
