This protective sleeve is particularly robust and has two contact sides in this version for work on both sides. Both contact sides are coated with secutex. They are extremely resistant and minimize the buildup of wrinkles in the textile. Use of the protective sleeve is no longer necessary.

Unexcited synchronous motors Reluctance motors are used in textile machinery as drive for godets and spinning pumps. In general they are used in inverter application as single drive or group drive. Reluctance motors can be realised for any voltage/frequency ratio U/f. Speed >15.000min1 is possible. A great no. of variations concerning special shaft, flange bearing and housing is available. Reluctance motors are available for hazardous locations in flameproof design.

The use of lightweight textiles outdoors has always been a challenge. The demands on modern architecture are becoming ever greater. There is hardly a fireproof glass fabric , i.e. A2 classified, and if there is one, it is usually heavy and darkens the room. With the GLASS PREMIUM article we have developed an A2 certified membrane material that not only looks very high quality but also lets in a lot of natural light . Its coating is dirt-repellent and keeps unsightly algae/verdigris away. Glass materials not only provide a particularly high-quality appearance but also extremely high strength for membranes , for example . The fact that it is a fabric and not a tarpaulin is immediately apparent to the observer. The Stottrop GLASS PREMIUM fabric is a fireproof material that is suitable for outdoor use and also offers an intelligent shade solution .

Silicone -coated fabrics were among the first professional materials for industrial use and in textile architecture . The high flexibility and resistance to aging are good reasons for these materials. In the past, silicone fabrics were less successful due to their poor processing and often insufficient fire rating. The non- flammable GLASS SILICON A2 tarpaulin was chemically and physically redesigned from the ground up. This has enabled many problems of the past to be overcome. A real difference is that the non-flammable tarpaulin is now almost as resistant to bending . The glass fabric is almost as insensitiveas a tarpaulin ! This makes the material ideal for a wide range of applications in industry and architecture . The coating can be supplied in colour or transparent . The viewer sees a naturally diffuse light , especially in the transparent version . This makes the fabric suitable for lighting in buildings.

The fact that it is almost completely resistant to bending makes a real difference. The glass fabric is almost as resistant as a tarpaulin! This makes the material ideal for a wide range of applications in industry and architecture .

The used head protection textile resists liquide metal, sparks and slag. With these characteristics, it is the perfect addtion to our security cutting. in order to keep visual, thermal and dynamic effects of an arc when cutting under voltage cables to a minimum as possible . Depending on the carpet type and the required drying capacity after washing, dyeing or printing, in finishing, coating or laminating BRÜCKNER offer different dryer systems. Our special DUOTHERM dryer is mainly used in textile and carpet coating lines because of many benefits. The dryer has separate air circuits, continuously controllabe via frequency inverters, a separate heating of the upper and lower dryer sections, adjustable temperature difference of up to 60°C, inversed thermo zones, 3 metre each and many more.

Keeps whites white & removes stubborn stains. Boosts the washing power of all detergents for white and colourfast textiles. Removes bleachable stains such as red wine, fruit, tea or coffee. When used regularly, prevents greying of white textiles. Can also be used in dishwashers to boost cleaning performance (e.g. removal of coffee or tea stains). Refills reduce plastic waste. Natural oxygen bleach as a cleaning booster and spot remover. Does not contain any petrochemical bleach activators (TAED). Can also be used in the dishwasher to provide extra cleaning power against tough stains such as coffee or tea. Our tip : Treat stains as quickly as possible. The longer a spot stays on the fabric, the harder it becomes to remove it completely. Dosage For use as a bleaching agent : As a detergent booster for vibrant whites. For use as a stain remover for whites and colours that don’t fade: Add 35 g (1 1/2 – 2 Tbsp) per load into the main washing detergent drawer.
