In the cryogenic blasting process, an enrichment of rubber and plastic waste powder takes place due to fine abrasion during the treatment procedure. Thus the performance and processing time of the blasting-media will deteriorate and decrease its jet-energy. In our cryognic deflashing machines, the blasting-media is primary screened by the treatment drum perforation, however, after a long operating time the amount of rubber and plastic waste powder increases. In order to guarantee a constant, statistically secure and economic processing, this powder has to be removed periodically from the blasting-media. Our automatically working blasting-media recovery machine consists of a suction & drying system and a vibrating-screen unit. The used blasting-media has to be aspirated manually from the deflashing machine. The drying of the polluted wet and cold media takes place in the suction tank and the cleaning by screening with final separation into waste powder, waste media & re-usable media,

Plate Precoat Filter are used for the fine filtration of low-viscosity oils. This cost-effective filter is a compact device designed to supply individual machines. The achievable filtration fineness is between 1 and 5 µm in NAS 3-7. The filter regeneration and cleaning of the filter discs are done manually. Before filtration can begin, the filter discs (1) need to be swollen with a filter aid (diatomaceous earth, cellulose, perlite). Filtration: After the precoat, the operator manually switches to filtration and directs the filtrate into the clean tank (2). The system pump can now be switched on to supply the processing machine. The achievable filtration fineness is 1 – 5 µm, depending on the filter aid used.

Mobile, compact and multifunctional. Whether as manual spraying equipment or on a fully automatic robot spraying system, the compact supply tank with its 45 litre stainless steel tank is suitable for all tasks. Ultrasonic cleaning tanks of series SW 12, SW 25 and SW 40 are compact tabletop cleaning devices for industrial purposes. The serial version includes a cover with handle. The cleaning tanks can be equipped alternatively with frequencies of 30 or 40 kHz or in combination 30/40kHz. On the front the ultrasonic operation can be set nonstop or for a limited period. The ultrasonic generators are integrated in the stainless steel housings. The devices are equipped with a heating with thermostatic regulation installed at the outside of the tank. It is set on the front. The tanks are made of stainless steel, here the SW40 – SW90 are built in welded design. On the bottom they have a residual clearance. Heated and cold cleaning tanks complete the program. Only aqueous cleaning agents are permitted in the cleaning tanks.

The machine of series KT can be applied universally. It is designed for the industrial part cleaning. Application fields: metal degreasing, electrical industry, optical industry, medical technology, maintenance and service etc. The compact design of the machine as 3-tank system guarantees a high cleaning quality together with space-saving location. The basic version consists of a heated ultrasonic tank (tank 1) and heated cascade rinsing (tank 2 and 3). Additionally a separate dryer corresponding to the size of the compact unit can be made available. The tanks are incorporated in a solid frame. Optionally a stainless steel base frame can be delivered. Armatures, tank and frame are made of stainless steel. All valves can be easily operated at front of the machine. All electrical operating elements are on the front of the machine. They are each assigned to the tanks.

After production of repair, the workpieces are lowered in a parts carrier into the immersion tank. A pump feeds cold cleaning agent containing solvents into the tank so that dirt is dissolved and removed by flooding. Persistent dirt can be removed manually with the flowthrough brush. The cleaning medium in the tank is constantly recirculated through a filter. KLN ultrasonic generators are incorporated in cleaning tanks of various capacity from some liters up to several cubic meters. They have a high operating reliability also under extremely difficult application conditions. Based on decades of experience in developing ultrasonic generators today we have a broad variety of generator series, meeting the most various requirements concerning frequency, way of installation and output power.

“Powersonic” is a type of KLN transducer systems with a particularly good cleaning effect and especially solid design. Thus we give full guarantee for up to 12.000 hours in max. 3 years. Submersible transducers are ultrasonic transducer systems in hermetically welded metal housing, inside of which piezoceramic transducer elements are incorporated. They are arranged at the bottom or at the sides of cleaning tanks. The HF current supply is realized via a power supply line which is lead via connection box at the back, a pipe elbow or a flexible metal mesh hose. Various sizes of submersible transducers make possible to use them in operating frequencies differing from 20, 25, 30, 40 up to 132 kHz.
