Novelis’ fracture-proof, seamless aluminum bottles offer needed protection when transporting and storing sensitive and critical goods. Novelis produces aluminum bottles for a range of applications — from commercial use to United Nations-approved packaging — in several coating configurations and sizes with fill capacities ranging from 38 ml to 6250 ml. These bottles include rolled thread for screw stoppers, tamper-proof seal and screw closure, plastic screw closure and locking ring, plastic threaded ring for pilfer-proof closure and flex-spout closure system.

The SteriBag Premium sample bags uniquely combine a high degree of security, sterility, tamper evident closure and traceability, they are used to securely transport and for the storage of samples. After sampling, the sample can be filled directly into the sterile sample bag. The tamper-evident closure seals the bag liquid-tight and secure. When trying to open the closure again, the word "STOP" appears clearly visible. Both the sample bag and the tear-off field are labeled with a unique tracking number, this allows a complete documentation and traceability. The sampling set SteriPlast® Kit consists of ten sample spatulas or ten sample scoops and ten SteriBag Premium tamper-proof sample bags. Thus the SteriPlast® Kit is the ideal combination for sampling where purity and sterility is essential. All parts are sterilised by gamma rays and suitable for use with foodstuffs. The scoops or spatulas are clean room manufactured and individually packed. The sample bag SteriBag Premium has an integrated sealing and is liquid-tight. A unique tracking code on both the bag and the tear-off field guarantees complete documentation and traceability. SteriPlast® Kit including scoop 50 ml or spatula 150 mm insertion depth, and SteriBag Premium 300 ml.

Flat aluminium seals are mainly used in the cosmetic, pharmaceuticals and food industries. They are applied using fully automatic packaging lines (e.g. BaCo 2500 and BaCo 3600). Due to increasing product counterfeiting, many manufacturers are forced to make their products tamper- and counterfeit-proof. Legal requirements exist in some countries for this purpose. Our TE model was developed for this task. The system enables single-sided and/or double-sided seal labeling of pharmaceutical folding boxes and can also be used in the cosmetics industry. During the development, special attention was paid to the protection of the packaging as well as the format range of the products to be processed. The basic version labels folding boxes with format widths (in the running direction) of 50-250 mm at an output of up to 300 folding boxes per minute. Models for processing wider folding cartons are based on the same line concept. As an extension, the model series is available as a combination system (TE-PV) with a b+b serialization module and b+b LineManager. In this case, the printer and camera system are integrated into the system.

Easy Clip Line® – for closure of bags and nets The clipping machine EZ 4500 of the Easy Clip Line® reliably closes bags and nets. In particular, it is used for efficient packaging of poultry. Numerous other products can be packaged in a tamper-proof manner in bags with the originality closure clip. Various machine designs are available for different product and bag sizes.
