From now on, all our blown tubes are also available in Bio-HDPE, which is made from sugarcane. These include the product lines BlockPack, TwistPack Plus, QuadroPack or TwistPack. Selected sizes of TwistPack Plus and BlockPack are even available from stock. From the outside, the packaging made of Bio-HDPE does not differ from its conventionally manufactured "twins"that are also just as robust and flexible in use. There is still one serious difference: the production of Bio-HDPE does not cause any emissions, but on the contrary binds a whole 2.15 kilograms of CO2 per kilogram of material. Another plus: the Bio-PE used is 100% recyclable and can be fed into the material cycle together with PE based on fossil raw materials.

In the field of minimum application unit we can offer different application units such like floating knife, mini kissroll, knifeoverroll and screen or predosed kissroll units. These units offer the following advantages compared to a traditional padder process Lowaddon technology with a fabric moisture of 60 g/sqm, lower water consumption and thus high energy savings during the subsequent drying processes, low residual liquor (2.5 litres per metre working width) and thus fewer chemicals which have tob e disposed of during a batch change. Test can be carried out at any time on our test plant in our Technology Centre in Germany.

Our heatrecovery systems heat fresh air with the thermal energy of exhaust air and can be placed directly on top of a stenter frame. This system can also be retrofitted for older dryers. The benefits are high energy savings which allow payback periods of less than two years, depending on the layout and process, highly efficient platetype heat exchangers with nonstick coating, optimum ease of maintenance by removable drawersized heat exchanger modules, external cleaning of the heatexchangers in a hot water bath with ultrasonic cleaning equipment, high power density, higher than with usual tubetype heatexchangers.
