TDS Induction Mixers draw powder, liquids or gases below their level into liquids and at the same time homogenise the contents of the container. The vacuum required for induction is generated in the mixing head. The machine is installed in the container from above by means of a flange or traverse. Alternatively, the TDS Induction Mixer can work on a lifting frame. The powder is inducted from the container and introduced under the fluid level by mixing it immediately and wetting. The mixing head generates the required negative pressure. Dust loads are prevented during the addition of powder by direct induction from the bag. Effective micro and macro mixing of the complete container contents with simultaneous addition of powder. Immediate wetting under fluid level. Complete mass transfer and homogeneity across all container levels via the jetstream mixing principle. In addition, liquids and gases can be inducted.

Stainless steel float valves, stainless steel autotankers or optionally with plastic housing are a reliable level and inflow regulation in any container or as an automatic drinker. The float valve is covered by the housing and thus protected.

The acrylic can be selected from two different formats. The crystal-clear ceiling hanger is used in various areas and can be used primarily as a hygiene protection. haacon offers parking supports for the parking of containers and swap bodies. One set consists of 4 individual supports. Containers up to 32 t can be easily and inexpensively parked for loading and unloading or for intermediate storage. The standard version with stability up to wind force 7 can be moved on mounted solid rubber wheels. The particularly 'storm-proof' version with stability up to wind force 12 has an extended foot version and is transported either by forklift or a small auxiliary vehicle. The supports are designed in accordance with BGV D8 and can support a max. load of 11 t per support. To set down the container, the supports are attached to the lower ISO corners and locked. By means of air suspension the vehicle is lowered so that the truck can exit. The container remains on the supports until it is picked up again.
