The optoNCDT LL laser sensors produce an oval-shaped light spot of just a few millimeters in width which reminds of a short "laser line" (LL). This oval light spot compensates for inhomogeneous surface structures and the so-called "speckling" effect which particularly occurs with metallic surfaces. Combined with special software algorithms, interferences caused by surface roughness, defects, indentations or holes are filtered out. This enables stable and precise measurement results.

All connections are welded while avoiding the inclusion of oxygen, and the weld seams are made invisible through careful polishing. The workpieces are machined free of tension and distortion with uniform wall thicknesses. In the surface finish, structures of any type and surface roughness up to an area of ​​1000 x 2000 mm are possible. Our production conditions also allow the manufacture of products for clean room applications such as those required for the special hygiene requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, the food industry and in the clinical sector. The Powerflex protective sleeve helps to effectively increase the friction values of smooth surfaces or to protect the lifting strap against rough surfaces. The particularlyrobust Powerflex penetrates deep into the fibres and also protects the protective sleeve against the penetration of fluids or dirt particles.

This very compact thin layer surrounds the lifting strap either on a single side or completely. It is extremely wearresistant and ideal for very rough surfaces. The Powerflex coating provides additional protection to the textile against dirt and the penetration of foreign particles.

The confocalDT 2465 and 2466 confocal controllers are used for fast, high-precision distance and thickness measurements and achieve resolutions in the nanometer range. These multi-peak models simultaneously measure the thickness of up to 5 transparent layers. The controllers are characterized by high luminous intensity combined with a high measuring rate of up to 30 kHz. This enables high signal intensity even on dark or rough surfaces. The fast exposure control perfectly compensates for changing surfaces.

The form and surface of the edge have a significant effect on the durability of the lifting accessory. Very rough surfaces, such as tsleeve of precast concrete products, can quickly damage the lifting strap or cable. If nothing moves, there can be no wear. The cutresistant secutex protective sleeve sits firmly against the edge and the textile lifting strap runs reliably through the protective sleeve.

If the load has sharp edges or has a rough outer surface, a suitable abrasion or edge protector must be used. secutex edgeprotectors are easy and versatile to use. The extremely robust secutex edgeprotectors protect the load and the lashing belts. They increase the radius of the edge and prevent “sharp edges”. The corner edgeprotector SWH for lashing belts considerably increases the radius on the corners. It is particularly robust and durable thanks to the perforatedplate reinforcement. An optional magnetic version can be easily attached to the magnetic load.

secutex has developed the new “TopDrain” structure surface for lifting wet or oily components. Most of the damages at sharp or rough edges are caused by the movement of the load across the sling. In the case of loads with a “sharp edge” or with a very rough surface, a protective sleeve or fixed coating must be used to protect the textile lifting sling. If the load moves sideways, a cutting movement on the edge is the result. Similar to a knife blade, the edge can cut through the fibers of the textile sling. The new “TopDrain” surface drainage provides good adhesion of the protective sleeves and the coated lifting slings even on wet and oily materials. The liquid can drain off into the surface hollows and the load lies securely in the lifting sling. The “TopDrain” structure works like a drainage and ensures the frictional connection of the secutex coating to the load.

The protection against „sharp edges“ Alongside other factors such as temperature, chemical environment and mechanical loads, the „sharp edge“ remains one of the main causes of damage to the lifting accessory itself and frequent cause of accidents. The blueglobe CLEAN Plus is the first cable gland to be certified to the high EHEDG standard and therefore can be used without risk in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and in clean room technology applications. BGN also confirmed conformity of this cable gland with the relevant applicable testing specifications in test certificate NV 13132. The cable gland blueglobe CLEAN Plus has no cavities, gaps or external threads but has a smooth surface (roughness Ra < 0.8 μm) and rounded surfaces in contact with the wrench. PFLITSCH uses high-grade stainless steel 1.4404/AISI 316L to manufacture this product. All seals are made from plastics that comply with FDA 21 CFR §177.2600 and are suitable for being in contact with food.

Permanent magnetic chucks type PMNEO are super strong, compact plates for heavy cutting. Parts from about 30x15x6mm can be stretched with max. achievable holding forces. Good holding forces can be achieved even on rough surfaces. Optional pole blocks can be built on the PMNEO. This allows turning up the workpiece so that all sides are freely accessible, can be drilled on the magnetic clamping plate and leaves more space for accumulating chips around the component. This allows long-running HSC milling-pieces never sink into the resulting chips. The chipboard is activated via a removable hex shifter. The PMNEO magnetic clamping plate, in 48mm height, is prepared to integrate reference elements directly into the magnetic chuck, so that no additional spectrum is required underneath the magnet.
