Surface labels - Import export

We have been designing and producing UL labels for well-known industrial companies since 1990. The requirements and regulations are very complex and may require a detailed consultation in order to explain the UL-compliant marking and the different application programs. The UL certification of an end product by an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) refers to every single component of the product. A label is such a component whose requirements are regulated in the UL 969 “Standard for Marking & Labeling Systems”.

For hard castings, we offer manual dies made from sinter metal. Sinter metal dies are characterised by a hardness of 68 to 70 HRC. With these dies, welded or processes hard surfaces can be labelled. Company logos as well as individual numbers and letters can be provided. The maximum font size should not exceed 10 mm.

Machine type holders, also called type holders, are flexible tools for labelling with figures or letter combinations, batch numbers, production data as well as manufacturer logos. The size of the type holder depends on the surface provided and the labelling required. The machine type holders can also be designed on several lines. As a rule, the clamping is carried out with lateral tensioning screws, but T types and L types are also used. We make this product according to your wishes.

Machine dies or special dies with a set geometry on the basis of customer data for labelling complex surfaces. Nearly every surface can be displayed. State-of-the-art cad/cam programs support us in the production process. The data you send in are processed by us and then input into our CNC engraving machine.
