Oscillating frame structure In this project, TC created an oscillating, suspended double frame structure with hollow chambers for holding electrical components for a customer. The entire frame structure is free of metal. All of the components were glued together.

Tray supports made of angular plastic U-profile. Tray trolleys with 1 or 2 racks. Mounted on 4 corrosion protected, ball bearing castors with distance holding rolls, 2 of them lockable.

Design: Frame structure made of chrome nickel steel square tubes 25 x 25 mm, completely welded. Tray supports made of chrome nickel steel angle material. Mounted on 4 corrosion protected, ball bearing castors. 2 of them lockable. 4 distance holding bumpers. Height distance of tray supports 125 mm. Also available with stainless steel doors (stainless steel facing closed all around).

Unheated, round for plates, saucers and menu plates. Design: Frame structure made of chrome nickel steel, open, to be built-in in counters and cupboard substructures. Addition and removal of tension springs can regulate the tension to match the load and to ensure a constant serving level. Capacity: approx. 50 plates depending on kind of crockery. Stacking height: approx. 635 mm, max. loading approx. 50 kg.

The solid machine design of the h-frame press with section steel frame structure is the basis for integration of multi-head tools. Equipment with up to 16 ultrasonic generators allows for cycle time-optimized process sequences in one processing station. The weld tools are moved far up by means of a pneumatically operated H-frame so that large-volume plastic components can be comfortably loaded into the work station. The KLN QSW 400 L is a modular laser welding machine. The advantage of the modular structure is that the central laser welding machine can remain unchanged in the various welding tasks and only the housing and its frame structure must be adapted to the actual welding task. A new dimensionThe ZHN universal nanomechanical tester is used for comprehensive, mechanical characterization of thin layers or small surface areas with the necessary force and travel resolution. The filter housing is made of sturdy steel plate with a reinforcement of structural steel frame. Equipped with inlet and outlet openings for the dusty or filtered air. The inspection cap is used to control the automatic filter and has a flap for access to the built-in filter cartridges. These are made of folded polyester material having a filter area of each of 8 and 14 m². Provided with upper and lower reinforcing rings of plastics material for fastening in the holders. The dust drawer is equipped with wheels, allowing easy extraction during disposal of the dust. For this we use DIN oil tanks but also special tanks that are individually adapted to your needs. Here it is immaterial whether the oil tank is made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium. For special designs such as table valves, tank support frames, supporting structures for motor pump units and many more special components connected with your hydraulic unit we are of course likewise the right people to contact. For each of our hydraulic units, 3D models are generated beforehand which can be made available to you. From these you can plan earlier the field piping, possible foundations or building and also transport or other matters in detail. For the drives of our hydraulic units we use standard electric motors with a power of up to 80 kW. On request the motors can also be equipped with a frequency converter. As the valve technology, as well as the oil supply unit, are always subject to customer-specific requirements, limits are always hard to define here. As far as possible only two limits should not be exceeded, on the one hand a maximum volume flow of 275 l/min and on the other a maximum system pressure of 315 bar.
