PSD 48 direct drive is a mechatronic system with integrated control, bus interface and absolute measurement system without battery. This drive is ideal for automatic format changeover. The stepper motor with integrated control and bus communication permits higher velocities at lower torques. The PSD can be easily addressed by rotary switches (not for IO-Link). The instruments can be mounted on a spindle using the hollow shaft without the need for an additional coupling. The optional rotatable attachment housing allows you to attach the direct drives to the machine in any position, no angle plugs are required.

The compact MEMDOS SMART LK stepper motor pump combines the size advantages of a solenoid diaphragm dosing pump with the precision of a motorised diaphragm dosing pump. This versatile pump is available in five different performance ranges, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The fully variable drive of the MEMDOS SMART LK enables infinitely variable adjustment of the stroke frequency, ensuring precise control of the dosing performance. An outstanding feature of the MEMDOS SMART LK is the ability to reduce the suction speed in two stages. This function makes dosing viscous media considerably easier and increases the precision of the dosing.

The fields of application for our linear stages LT and PT are widely spread. They are used where highest requirements on straightness deviations, noise behaviour or positioning accuracy are demanded. Stepping motors and backlash-free recirculating ball spindles are used as standard drive. Due to the usage of selective cross roller guides, highest accuracys are achieved which are recorded in the final check. For the adaption and mounting of the linear stages, several threads in grid layout are provided so that they can be combined to multi-axis positioning systems.

Generally, dosing pumps are referred to as oscillating displacement pumps with adjustable stroke length. Depending on the requirement the driving mechanism can be equipped with hydraulically actuated diaphragm. Electrically driven pumps offer besides the stroke length adjustment a further possibility to adjust the delivery flow by modifying the motor rotation speed. For a small delivery flow and a low delivery pressure, electromagnetically driven pumps are nowadays the devices of choice since they can simply be adapted to the process requirements by modifying the stroke frequency manually or through an external control (pulse or analog) signal. The marking unit 315 is a very well protected and highly robust device designed for 3-shift operation. All components of this coordinate unit have been developed for regular use and are continuously tested to ensure a constant quality. The set of a marking head and a controller is integrated as a built-in unit by system producers for direct workpiece marking e.g. in transfer lines, production machines or gauging and testing stations. The pneumatic (PN) or stepping motor (SM) adjustment unit allows to forward the marking unit to the workpiece even at places which are difficult to access.
