The VISCOFLUX mobile S drum emptying system was specifically designed for use in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries. It is perfectly suited for ensuring efficiency and process safety while pumping high viscosity, paste-like, non-self-flowing media out of diverse drums – either with or without aseptic bags. Media can be transferred low-shear and continously. The residual amount remaining in the drum is up to less than 1 %. The mobile drum emptying system offers a high degree of flexibility and can also be operated in wet or damp production environments. The system's stainless steel process device bears the protection class IP 66.

These materials range from a variety of different steel grades to highalloy stainless steels. The automated process meets the highest quality standards. LIPP® Welded Storage Tanks can be produced within a short time, either on site in the open air or inside a building.

Unalloyed and low-alloyed inert gas and submerged arc wire electrodes have been manufactured at WDI's main plant in Hamm/Westphalia since 1975 and at WDI in Rothenburg in central Germany since 1993. Production at both sites was gradually expanded and today, with a production capacity of up to 60,000 tonnes p.a., is one of the largest production facilities for welding wires in Europe. The signal from the specially designed piezoresistive stainless steel sensor is processed by the newly developed digital electronic system, performing thus an active compensation of sensor-specific deviations such as hysteresis, thermal errors and non-linearity. The temperature field of application of -40 ... 125 °C can be extended by the integration of a cooling element up to 300 °C. Metzner has developed a fully automatic processing machine with outstanding cutting quality and great length accuracy for steel cable wires of up to 20 mm diameter. The steel cable wires are fed by a motorised feeding device in combination with a contact-free loop control. Then, program-controlled and positionally accurate marking tapes are applied to the steel cable – with a cycle time of less than two seconds. In addition, a wax printer marks all the fastening and processing points that will be required for subsequent processing. This labelling method is carried out in a continuous process. The cut is then made using a special cutting process. Precise length accuracy is achieved by a special laser measuring system. A material stacker with a storage area of up to 12 metres ensures that the steel cable wires are deposited in an orderly manner. All cut steel rope can be stored and sorted according to length to allow it to be removed at a later point.

The Metzner CCM 2 circular cutting machine processes steel-reinforced profiles and sponge rubber materials with dry cutting (optionally with micro-knife moistening to cool the circular knife). The standard model comes with an integrated discharge conveyor (1300 mm length); range of application both in-line and off-line.
