Our PEKI mechanical brass valve series has been manufactured for decades from high-quality hot-pressed parts and precision turned parts, which are assembled with modern plastic injection-molded parts and sealing elements made in Germany. The PEKI is a proven construction which has been tested millions of times. It has been further developed and is now available for the every first time completely in stainless steel / V2A. Many liquids are easily and safely regulated with the PEKI series via its mechanical level control.

The compression-type fittings are the link between the thermocouple and the test area and facilitate precise adaptation. After installing the compression-type fitting, the thermocouple can be inserted and clamped in with the desired installation length. That makes it possible to perform individual measurements with self-defined installation lengths directly onsite.

The term metal bellows refers to a structure that is composed of one or more stainless steel sleeves fitted into one another and is rendered elastic by the introduction of parallel corrugations. Metal bellows can be arranged to complete combinations of metal bellows (expansion joints). Thus, every specific requirement can be met. As raw material for the sleeve production, stainless steel strips or sheets with a thickness of 0.15 - 3 mm in the standard grades are used: 1.4541 / AISI 321 1.4571 / AISI 316Ti 1.4404 / AISI 316L 1.4307 / AISI 304L                                                              material with high chemical resistance and temperature resistance:   1.4435 / AISI 316L 1.4539 / AL 904L 1.4878 / AISI 321H 1.4828 / AISI 309 1.4462 / AISI 318 LN 1.4410 / AISI F53 or additional special materials:      1.4876 / Incoloy 800HT 2.4858 / Incoloy 825 2.4856 / Inconel 625 2.4816 / Inconel 600 2.4610 / Hastelloy C-4 2.4819 / Hastelloy C-276 2.4602 / Hastelloy C-22 3.7035 / Tit

The piping system consists of high-grade NiroSan® press fittings with an EPDM (=ethylene propylene dien rubber) moulded sealing ring and NiroSan® stainless steel system pipes according to EN 10312. All NiroSan® press fittings are made from the premium stainless steel type 1.4404 / AISI 316L (for pressing components) and 1.4408 (for precision cast threaded stainless steel components). The material 1.4404 contains at least 2.3 % molybdenum, yet less carbon than the conventional type 1.4401. Thereby these materials are not only of equal value but in addition, material 1.4404 / 316L stands out on account of its considerably higher corrosion resistance. The NiroSan® press system and its components are certified in accordance with the rules and regulations of all important European certification bodies. NiroSan® Bend 30° with plain ends
