The above mentioned flat pot magnets are manufactured from standard parts according to DIN EN ISO 4017-8.8. Dimensions and tolerances depend on the current status of the standard. Hexagon screws are suitable for being tightened with an open-end spanner. This is a special advantage in comparison to our round flat pot magnets, which only can be screwed on by hand. The hexagon screws are available with different lengths corresponding to fixed standards. By this simplified production method they are quite economical resp. there is a cost benefit compared with the turned special parts.

EMKA offers a comprehensive product range of ingenious locking technology from a single source. The modular program structure allows a unique variety of components: quarter turns, locking-systems, handles, hinges and gasketings. The powerLine technology machines are specifically geared towards creep-feed grinding applications. Their mono-base design allows grinding widths (Z-axis) of up to 700 mm with a maximum spindle power of 105 kW. The compact, steel base designed powerLine model is equipped with linear guides in all three axes. All three axes (X, Y, Z) are driven by servo motors via ball screws (KGT). The standard version of the multiLine comes with high-precision linear scales for positioning of the vertical axis. Screw conveyors primarily comprise a U-shaped trough and the worm shaft with blades. They are primarily used for internal transportation of bulk goods (filter cake, pellets, wood). Our standard screw conveyors are manufactured with pedestal bearings and gland seals. The construction forms for material transport can be selected with a pitch of between 0° and 90°. The construction length can be varied depending on requirements. The materials for the screw conveyors can be supplied in normal steel and wear-resistant steel; plastic panels are also possible.
