The machine structure with solid base plate is extremely compact and stable. All necessary components are integrated in the machine housing: mechanical axes, pneumatic components, control with drive electronics and mounted 12 "touch display. Depending on the desired version, the F-Décor 305 can produce surface patterns like circular grainings, côtes de Genève, engravings or decorative millings on mechanical watch parts. The machine guarantees high precision and high productivity. The F-Decor 305 is delivered ready for connection with either 1 or 2 working spindles.

The straightening machine RM-1000 was developed for straightening deep-hole drills, as 4- and 6-axis version. The radial run-out of a drill is straightened using the 4-axis version. The 6-axis machine additionally corrects the camber of the shank and the head run-out of the soldered carbide drill bits. The maximum length of the drills is 1,000mm, the accuracy of the straightening process is 0.08 mm (depending on the work piece). An exportable straightening protocol is created for each straightening process. A robot cell is available as an option. Using this robot cell, the insertion and removal of the drills is performed. The robot cell is mobile and can be disconnected at any time in order to allow manual straightening processes.

Our highly flexible vacuum hoses are produced from longitudinal seam-welded, thin-walled stainless steel tubes, which are hydraulically formed in special-purpose machines. Our vacuum hoses are specifically cleaned after metal forming, during processing protected from uncleanness and prior to dispatch shrink-wrapped. Furthermore, all vacuum hoses will be leak tested prior to dispatch, by means of helium leak testing with up to 10E-8 mbar*l/s.
