Thanks to the built-in base, these bags are stable at the POS when filled. This bag is ideal for packing different products in different shapes. Suitable for coffee, tea, salt, pepper and much more. Kraft paper gives this bag a special look that differs from other packaging. Tear notches on both sides make it easy to open the bag again after sealing. By using our special high-barrier film, our high-barrier bags do not contain aluminum and have almost the same OTA value. Printing: Your desired motif: We print your company logo or advertising slogan in up to 12 colors on your flat-bottom bag / box-bottom bag.

As semi-automatic and fully automatic machines in a well thought-out robust construction, easy to operate and virtually maintenance-free, they economically pack single, collective and multiple packages (with and without tray support) in shrink film, e.g. cans, bottles, bundles, cartons, as well as long objects such as boards, doors, bars, profiles, etc. The welding width ranges from 600 – 1500 mm and other formats are possible for special constructions. The film web formed by two rolls wraps around the package in the form of a banderole. After the welding process, a discharge belt transfers the banded product into a shrink tunnel.

Interior brushes are particularly suitable for deburring recesses and holes in O-rings and for cleaning, smoothing and derusting. They are used in conjunction with drilling machines, flexible shafts and machining centres.The particular purposes of tube cleaning brushes are to derust, clean and descale the insides of tubes. They are used for manual processing and in flexible shafts and static machines. Alphahon brushes are elastic, flexible brushing tools. At the bristle tips they hold globules made from bonded abrasives. This special construction enables the tools to deburr cross-holes and also to improve adherence of lubricants. Micanite is a kind of insulation paper which is impregnated with a heat resistant binder and afterwards pressed in several shifts under heat and high pressure to plates. This material is heat resistant up to 350 °C, as special construction (Phlogopit) up to 450 °C, and is used for the wire wound formers as well as for the encapsulating cover plates of mica surface heaters. Because of the typical "sandwich"-construction of Micanite Flat Heating Elements and their high watt density it is necessary to use a platen to press the mica heater onto the surface to be heated. Established on the market for round Flat Heating Elements are some standard dimensions (Ø 58 / Ø 65 / Ø 80 / Ø 100 / Ø 160 / Ø 260 mm). But normally Micanite Surface Heating Elements are constructed on customer's request. Mica heaters can be metal sheathed for higher mechanical stability. This makes the heater flexible, so that it is also possible to build a band heater.

With its flat construction this force sensor is specially designed to be fitted to a pedal. By this, the operator's forces for each respective action, for example brake tests, can be measured directly and the reaction of the vehicle or machine can be designated. This applies to real test drives, as well as in driving simulators. Due to the special construction of the membrane, it is irrelevant whether an upright or hanging pedal is concerned. The sensor is designed in a way that unavoidable lateral forces have as little impact on the measurement result as possible. Using a central internal thread on the control surface, various machine-related adaptor parts can be easily mounted. Because the pedal is convex-shaped on its surface, the pedal force sensor has a very rigid base plate and therefore can easily be applied to various geometrics. The mounting can even take place on a pedal with an elastomer covering.

The COMPENSER® of the CE-series is a nonreversible maintenancefree shock reducing element / shock absorber which can be used for emergency use, for example as a fall protection. The company He-ja is specialized in shrink tunnel construction suitable for your product and offers a total of 40 different tunnel variants for dry as well as wet rooms. Square cartridge heaters are used where much power has to be installed near the surface of a tool, e.g. in cutting knives, sealing stations or hot plates. With a soft, malleable condition in stainless steel or nickel sheath square cartridge heaters can easily be pressed into common milled rectangular grooves. Apart from the advantageous heat transfer over ¾ of the sheath, it is not necessary to cement or cast in the heater which is imperative for round cartridge heaters. Unlike tubular heaters which are also available in square sections (see chapter Flexible Heating Pipes), the square cartridge heaters have the termination on one side and can be loaded with 16W/cm² (2.5W/in²) due to their special inside construction.

The ultraprecision turning machine (UP-Turning machine) MTC 650 is currently our largest series machine. Our customers can machine workpieces up to 200 kg in UP quality. The travelling distances are 400 mm in the Z-axis and 650 mm in the X-axis. Workpieces with a diameter of up to 800 mm in diameter (optionally 1000 mm) can be machined. The extended X travel offers more space for additional accessories, further tool holders or special bodies/ constructions. The MTC 6500 is based on a T-shaped natural granite bed. X- and Z-axis slides, as well as the housing of the main spindle are made of granite too. Both slides and the optional B-axis use hydrostatic (oil) bearings. The main spindle features an air bearing and is mounted to the X-slide. Different vacuum chucks for workpieces of up to 800 mm (31.5’’) in diameter are available.
