For over 40 years, we have supplied shearing knives in lengths up to 4,190 mm in qualities and hardnesses specially matched to the purpose for the corresponding machines. By using peripheral grinding machines, we can comply with the tightest form and position tolerances, which is why so many machine manufacturers rely on the quality of our shearing knives.

Our metalworking shop allows us to realize customized housings according to customer requests. A team of experienced employees assures the necessary precision including all required cutouts and drillings of housings. Our own tool shop is equipped with machines for lathing, milling, electrical discharge machining and grinding which allow us to quickly manufacture customized parts/adjustments in-house.

ECKOLD Kraftformer KF 800 - Forming machine for stretching, shrinking, planishing and doming. With its huge horizontal throat of 800 mm, the Kraftformer KF 800 allows new possibilities to fabricate large-scale sheet metal parts. The machine is air driven and released by a foot pedal, either in single or continuous stroke mode. The single stroke function combined with the big throat is especially useful for correction jobs. Depending on the need of forming force, the machine has two stroke settings. A digital display shows the ram position with a 0.1 mm precision which results in a high repeatability of the forming force. The machine is adjustable in height. The multi-function unit is a universal C-shaped stationary machine designed for sheet metal utilising industries as a machine for every situation. In respect to working with sheet metal and profiles in aluminium, steel or stainless steel many demands are realised with the multi-function unit MFG 500/150 E. Accordingly the machine is used for clinching, self-piercing riveting, punching, pressing-in and embossing. However a new machine is not needed every time but merely an appropriate tool holder is inserted and the machine is ready for a further task. You can also choose from standardised tool holders or a custom-manufactured tool holder according to your needs.
