Through integration of the segmented disc valve technology, the desuperheater type 5090 is able to control steam pressure and temperature in the steam network easily. By using four injection nozzles and finely tuned water conditioning, process steam is generated from superheated steam at 3 20 K above the saturated steam temperature.

The brush cores are made of special reinforced polypropylene making them light, resistant to acids and alkalis and suitable for use in the food industry. The range of options is extensive. All in all we offer seven standard core diameters with three fill density variations each: low, medium, and high - making a total of twenty one standard cores to choose from. Almost all fill material qualities can be used. To assemble a complete roller brush is remarkably quick an easy as it does not involve any complicated mechanical connections, simply slide the brush segments on to the brush shaft and secure them in position with two locking collars. The further development of our deburring grinding plates are our patented deburring segments FAPI-FLEX-SAT (patent no. DE20304860 U1). These advanced deburring segments were developed in collaboration with the company Timesavers from the Netherlands. Fast, safe and clean deburring or edge rounding of sheet metal parts is no longer a problem when using these tools. Deburring grinding segments can also be individually adapted depending on the application. We would be pleased to advise you on which deburring discs can be used in your processing, in order to achieve top process results. Please note, other trim types are available upon request!

Certain specialised areas of various industries require at times applications which cannot be adequately realised by the use of standard components. The Reactotherm is a heavy duty processor with an intensive mixing and kneading effect and self-cleaning ability. It is used for thermal processing of a wide variety of pasty, viscous, and fouling products. It can be operated continuously or batch-wise. The Reactotherm consists of a cylindrical, horizontal shell and a rotor with segmented discs and mixing bars. Stationary mixing hooks are attached to the inside of the shell. The close clearance between the mixing hooks, the segmented discs and the rotor result in a high mixing and kneading effect and the self-cleaning properties of the rotor. The inside of the shell is cleaned by the mixing bars. Fouling of heat exchange surfaces and the formation of agglomerates are avoided. The shell, the rotor shaft and the discs can be heated or cooled. The product transport is accomplished by the slightly pitched mixing bars.

The integrat 80 is used for the modular temperature control with water up to 140°C in the basic version with up to six temperature control circuits to be operated completely independently of each other. The basic version can be expanded with extension columns and up to 24 temperature control modules. As an option, the temperature control circuits can be extended with the 4-way distributor vtc with flow and temperature measurement. Thus, a maximum of 96 temperature control circuits can be monitored with the vtc 4-way distribution system. In conjunction with the standard heating control system used as standard, a homogeneous temperature profile on the mould cavity surface is achieved in an extremely energy-efficient manner, as well as with constant cooling by using a motor valve. As an option, the pumps can also be operated with frequency control unit. This improves the procedural results and contributes to energy savings.

The construction of complete needle or perforation rollers depends on the intended use. Please describe your requirements exactly! Perforation rollers usually consist of individual segments, which are mounted on a shaft or a tube. The mass inertia can be reduced by bearings between the shaft and the tube. In case of driven shafts, the segments can be firmly anchored to this. A sketch of the installation situation with a short description of the requirements helps us to find the optimal solution!

Standard for higher pin distribution, useful for changing the perforation pattern, can be supplemented with empty segments. They are made out of brass, steel, aluminium or plastic. When a segment is damaged, only the respective segment needs to be replaced.

Most LCD-panels are available in reflective and transflective version. In general, we offer a standard pinlength, but for the highrunners we also have different pinlengths from stock. Please ask us in case you want a different pinlength. For the LCD-panels without pins, we also offer elastomeric connectors (zebras). Precise even with low strip tension The segment rolls were developed specially for use in stretch bending levellers. The extremely free-running measuring rings permit high-precision shape measurement even with very low strip tensions. A rigid tubular section which forms the shaft of the roll supports several pivotably mounted measuring rings. They form the outer shell of the measuring roll over which the strip passes. Force sensors inside the measuring rings detect the force resulting from the strip tension. The sensors have high resolution, are overload-proof and maintenance-free. The data are transmitted through the centre axis of the roll and output as a Profibus signal.
