The universal Drum pump with mechanical seal F/FP 430 can be used for various media and is suitable for conveying out of drums, IBCs or tanks. Due to the construction with mechanical seal, the pump can be easily and quickly taken apart into its two main components. This allows good cleanability. Distinct feature, only at FLUX: The inner tube is reinforced with a metal core on plastic models (PP and PVDF). This always allows full function of the mechanical seal. This way, leakage and unnecessary wear are prevented for the complete operating temperature range. Furthermore, it provides highest stability and makes immersion lengths of up to 3 000 mm possible. The versions in stainless steel and hastelloy C are ex-protected. The stainless steel version is also available as FOOD certified version.

Gas-tight barrel pump with flexible discharge hose for filling off into large canisters and containers. Convenient transfer because the canister can stay on the floor. The connection cone is held onto the container. The gas-tight barrel pump enables odour-free transfer. During transfer with normal pumps, it is impossible to prevent vapours escaping into the atmosphere. The gas-shuttle method avoids this. The withdrawal system can be used to dispense high-purity liquids quickly and without complications. An excess pressure is produced in the container with pressurised gas (compressed air or nitrogen), thereby pumping the liquid out of the tank. The advantage of operation using pressure gas is that the user can extract even large amounts without effort while having both hands free to dispense the solvent. In this way, large amounts of hazardous media such as acetone, ethanol and methanol, etc. can also be safely dispensed and accurately metered using the stop cock. For use with media sensitive to oxygen or for ultra-pure media, operation with an inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) is possible. The barrel screw connection and shut-off valves seal off the barrel and pump hermetically. This means that no vapours containing solvents can escape after dispensing, thereby protecting users' health and the environment.

Gear pumps with magnetic coupling The magnetic coupling is equal to contact-free drive and seal. Magnetic coupling pumps are used if critical media has to be transported. The seal ensures that the pumps work 100% securely and without leaking. The magnetic coupling is particularly ideal for hazardous substances that should not escape into the enviroment. The coupling is hermetically sealed and can be designed with different sensors for monitoring and in different variations and materials. A magnetic coupling is used in combination with a chemical pump by default.

Chemical pumps of the CHEM series are used as a modified version as submersible pumps for emptying drums and containers. For example, chemicals such as liquid sulphur are pumped at temperatures up to 150 °C. The medium then enters the process from the tank via a pipe from the discharge side. Submersible suspension pumps are often made of special or stainless steels. A special feature of these pumps, as a rule no additional seals are required on the pump. Only the tank is sealed towards the atmosphere.

Horizontal End-Suction Pumps are centrifugal inline pumps with a compact design where the impeller is mounted onto the extended motor shaft. These pumps are not self-priming and must be gravity fed. All pumps are equipped with double mechanical seal. This pump series is designed for horizontal installations next to a tank and are capable of cutting aluminium chips and similar materials and pumping of these materials along with the coolant fluid.
