The SRF (Safety RFID) is a non-contact safety sensor, that monitors moveable safety guards, such as doors, flaps and hoods. With its innovative diagnostic system, the SRF makes safety circuits suitable for Industry 4.0. The system provides a multitude of diagnostic data of each sensor, even in a series connection, to support smart production. Diagnostic data is fed into the machine control system via I/O Link or alternatively displayed on a smartphone by way of NFC technology. In this way, 20 different diagnostic information of each sensor can be retrieved and made available. This diagnostic data delivers cost-effective predictive maintenance in a simple way. Through its advanced fault recognition capability, costly machine shutdowns can be prevented. This way, your machinery and plant will work even more efficiently!

Based on our smallest rotary solenoid D1, Kendrion offers a compact miniature shutter in the field of optical safety technology. The D16 shutter is characterized above all by its high reliability and long service life of 2.5 million switching cycles. In addition, this shutter has a fast closing time of less than 20 ms.

Based on the CDR030 bistable rotary solenoid, Kendrion offers a bistable shutter in the field of optical safety technology, which enables de-energized holding in both end positions. The end positions are held by the built-in permanent magnets. This makes the shutter design very energy-saving. The CDR030 shutter is also characterized by its high reliability and long service life of 20 million switching cycles. In addition, the shutter has a typical closing time of 20 ms.

Based on our rotary solenoid D2, Kendrion offers a wide range of highly reliable optical shutters for blocking light and laser beams in the field of optical safety technology. The optical shutter D23 forms the technical basis with remarkable properties and can be used in a wide range of applications, e.g. in medical instruments, aeronautical instruments, fiber optic signal transmission systems and in mass photometry. The D23 optical shutter impresses with maximum reliability, durability and a fast switching time of approx. 15 ms. With at least 10 million switching cycles, the Shutter D23 is designed for reliable continuous operation.

The smooth internal walls of the LIPP digesters (largely without any internal attachments) ensure gentle, uniform mixing while keeping energy consumption low. If an external heating system is fitted, it will guarantee uniform temperature distribution in the digester. These mechanical and thermodynamic benefits with LIPP digesters mean short retention times. The high functional safety, for heating and stirring technology, ensures a low demand for process energy and this is combined with the benefits of minimal maintenance requirements and a long service life.

WITH DIGESTER CHAMBER VOLUMES RANGING FROM 200 M3 TO 5.000 M3 The LIPP Universal digester which unlike the KomBio reactor does not have an integrated gas accumulator, is used for larger plants for industry and municipalities. The biogas accumulated is either directed into a KomBio reactor combined with the Universal digester or into a separate gas accumulator. Panel heating and insulation are fitted on the outside and are easily accessible.

The end-of-line X-ray inspection system offers maximum safety. By using X-ray technology the XRE-D detects contaminated, damaged and defective products and packagings. Besides metallic and non-metallic foreign objects it detects missing, defective or misshaped products as well as overweight or underweight. Thanks to an efficient quick conveyor belt change system the belt can be changed within two minutes. The product inspection system XRE-D X-ray inspection system detects all foreign objects, which due to their density, chemical components or mechanical dimensions absorb X-rays at a higher or lower degree than the surrounding product. Semi-automatic filter presses represent a simplified and cost effective solution for the reliable operation with respect to operation and safety measures. This type of filter press is distinguished by a special, a rail-mounted two-hand control panel. The filter press with two-hand control is used in particular when the space on site is limited or a higher degree of automation is not required. Accordingly, a conventional version of the protective device is no longer effective. REDUCED PROCUREMENT COSTS AND SIMPLE OPERATION – THE SEMI-AUTOMATIC FILTER PRESS WITH TWO-HAND CONTROL FROM MSE Based on the safety technology requirements, an intelligent two-hand control is implemented, for example, for moving the filter plates by means of automated plate shifter. This functional principle thus prevents the operator from reaching into the working area. Complicated mechanical designs including further safety measures are not necessary.

The spring-applied brakes which are ideally suited for robotics is designed for robotics solutions and loads of up to appr. 20 kg, but it can also be used in other applications requiring small geometrical dimensions. With regard to their power density the slim single-disc brakes are flatter and lighter than the market standard, and due to their large inner diameter they are well suited for hollow-shaft drives. This makes them perfect for applications in lightweight robots with integrated drives. There is a growing demand for safety technology in order to avoid injuries by collisions, especially if the control technology or even the power supply fails. In this case electromagnetic brakes are usually the method of choice. As safety brakes they bring moving masses to a stop, keep loads in position and therefore prevent humans and material assets from being affected.

The dip tank TB400 is the smallest model in our line of paint stripping systems. It is ideally suited for wheels / light-alloy rims, bicycle and motorcycle frames, painting aids or hooks. Insulated, double-walled dip tank ("vat-in-vat" system) with insulated top cover, indirect electrical heating, circulating system, and high-quality safety and monitoring technology.
