The transport platform GEDA 1500 Z/ZP unites two different machines in one: a hoist for materials with a load bearing capacity of 2000 kg and a transport platform for material and persons. In contrast to ordinary material hoists, for which the transport of people is strictly prohibited, the GEDA 1500 Z/ZP may transport 7 people in addition to goods as soon as it has been switched to the operating mode “transport platform“. Just as for all other GEDA twin mast transport platforms, you can choose between a lot of different transport platforms and as many different types of roofs. The load platforms provide enough space for bulky and heavy building materials. This can help to improve logistics on site. In order to prevent people from falling down, hot-dip galvanized landing level safety gates with mechanically locked sliding doors are installed to all loading and unloading points.

Two units in one: a building hoist with a load bearing capacity up to 850 kg or a transport platform for a maximum of 5 people and loads up to 500 kg. The transport platform GEDA 500 Z/ZP offers a simple and good-value transport system for materials and people with a spacious transport platform, which is not closed on the top. The well-know GEDA steel mast segments stand for easy assembly directly from the transport platform up to a height of 100 m. Without using a crane, you can put on the handy 1.5 m mast segments and secure them with captive screws and locking nuts. In order to prevent people from falling down, hot-dip galvanized landing level safety gates with mechanically locked sliding doors are installed to all loading and unloading points.

This lightweight and extremely space-saving scaffolding hoist impresses with the best features of the GEDA 200 Z and comes with numerous innovations. It has never been easier to transport heavy material weighing up to 200 kg safely, quickly and in compliance with standards to heights of up to 35 metres. Loading and unloading in particular has been optimised thanks to a new barrier system. Safety gates are no longer necessary and bulky material can be conveniently unloaded from the platform onto the top scaffolding level. The moveable platform ensures maximum convenience with intuitive safety functions. Thanks to the new support rail for the deck stop, the deck currently being worked on can be selected with a simple hand movement and changed effortlessly and without tools. The GEDA 200 Z Comfort is quickly assembled and ready for use thanks to the quick-release fastener for the ladder sections, is extremely easy to maintain and requires hardly any space on the construction site.

Product characteristics of the centrifugal brakes The centrifugal brake generally works like a centrifugal clutch, but with the housing secured against twisting. A centrifugal brake generally does not brake to standstill but only keeps the revolutions constant. Typical applications for centrifugal brakes are roping-down devices, cranes, lifts, safety gates, and also speed limiters. Areas of use for centrifugal brakes Centrifugal brakes are often used as backup brake systems for electronic brakes. They have the advantage of braking reliably and securely, independently of any other power supply. We supply the centrifugal brake without a housing if the customer already has a brake housing, too.
