The dimensionCONTROL TMWI 8302.LC system is suitable for the inline weight inspection of continuous running rubber profiles (tread pattern or sidewalls) for passenger and truck tires. Based on the force measurement principle, the inspection system uses two load cells which measure the deflection of the measurement conveyor. These sensor elements are attached to a massive construction, which ensures a long-term mechanical stability of the system. The measurement conveyor uses precise and balanced aluminum rollers with special surface treatment. This ensures a low deadweight, avoids influence of unbalance and eliminates material sticking. Data obtained from the load cells are processed in the implemented PLC cards which determine the measured weight mathematically.The software included offers a variety of measurement data processing, definition of design profiles, statistical analysis of measured profiles and diagnostic tools.

The "Quattro" information board functions as a transparent and stable partition wall. The interaction of the aluminium frame in silver anodised and the transparent acrylic panel offers a simple exterior. At the same time, the board can provide a high-quality separation between customers, patients, employees and areas. A partition wall is a practical article to provide protection spontaneously and depending on the situation. Due to its low weight, the article shown is easy to move and mobile. Long queues, disordered areas or new hygiene regulations require the use of a separation or tracking system. High stability is guaranteed by two flat round base plates with a diameter of 400mm each. The light and anodised aluminium profile is placed on them. An acrylic sheet is held in the profile by a rubber in the frame. The transparent sheet ensures that the area of application is not optically reduced despite the use of a partition wall.

The Metzner CCM 2 circular cutting machine processes steel-reinforced profiles and sponge rubber materials with dry cutting (optionally with micro-knife moistening to cool the circular knife). The standard model comes with an integrated discharge conveyor (1300 mm length); range of application both in-line and off-line.

The modular system of the MBS series is available in three sizes. The MBS 400 is the “largest" of the three models and processes materials such as tubes and profiles of up to 390 mm wide. Depending on the material size, further machine elements such as type and number of cutting tools, length and width of the belt feed, control, feed, running direction, coating material of the conveyor belts and base frames are selected. Roller chains with elastomer profiles are ideal for applicationswhere fragile goods require gentle conveyor handling. ELITE chains are used for transporting goods that should not be scratched, such as coated or thin sheet metal, planed timber planks or pipes. The material iwis uses for the ELITE product range is nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) with a hardness of 80 Shore A. NBR offers the optimum combination of cohesive friction, abrasion resistance and durability. Other profile types are possible for special applications and can be supplied on request.
