HPC-40 is a roller rod chain with clearly dened characteristics developed with regard to modern mechatronic monitoring systems - created to enable reliable performance monitoring. Modern, computer-aided, reproducible manufacturing processes enable a more precise assembly of the individual components thus extending their service lives signicantly. Sensors monitor the wear thus contributing to an extended overall service life od HPC-40. For HPC-40, it was possible to extend the breaking load by 30 % and the fatigue strength by 40 %, as we were able to eliminate the risk of fatigue factors. Siempelkamp's continuous saws are a tried-and-tested solution for plants with highest outputs. The saw throughput does not depend on the number of cuts and is therefore superior to other cutting solutions, particularly for large master boards. Continuous saws also permit in-line quality grading. This means that the combined sanding and saw line is able to deliver sorted stacks of nished boards from the master boards in a single stage of work. iwis corrosion-resistant chains consist of hardened highly alloyed steels with good corrosion resistance et leur and considerably higher tensile and fatigue strength than ordinary stainless steel chains. CR chains can be used for all applications where chains need to remain flexible despite corrosive environments or must not rust for hygienic or visual reasons. Lubrication of CR chains is recommended. The FLEXON range of Snap On Plate Top chains are two piece assemblies of base roller chain, in steel or stainless steel, onto which a plastic plate is mounted. The combination of the two elements creates a chain with high breaking load provided by the ELITE base chain plus the benefit of a very flat top surface.
