PASCHAL Ident technology provides a unique electronic number to every formwork element,quite similar to a human fingerprint. Through this process, one is guaranteed with unmistakable and unique identification which is a pre-requisite for credit processes or for leasing. RFID technology has three essential components - the reader, the transponder(a computer chip with an antenna and casing) and the software that is associated with the reader. Data associated with the formwork element is transmitted online from the reader to the PC, or directly to the online portal.

The SRF (Safety RFID) is a non-contact safety sensor, that monitors moveable safety guards, such as doors, flaps and hoods. With its innovative diagnostic system, the SRF makes safety circuits suitable for Industry 4.0. The system provides a multitude of diagnostic data of each sensor, even in a series connection, to support smart production. Diagnostic data is fed into the machine control system via I/O Link or alternatively displayed on a smartphone by way of NFC technology. In this way, 20 different diagnostic information of each sensor can be retrieved and made available. This diagnostic data delivers cost-effective predictive maintenance in a simple way. The WCE700 is a semi-automatic system designed to produce RFID inlays for ID documents (ID-1 and ID-3 format). Based on a 4-station roundtable concept with manual load and unload, this very economical solution can handle both small jobs and high-volume runs with ease. Depending on the configuration, it can produce up to 1,600 inlay sheets/hour. The machine can also be used solely for antenna embedding, with unrivalled speed, accuracy and the quality of antennas that it produces. Predictive maintenance needs measured data to the greatest possible precision. On components with moving or rotating parts, the relevant measuring points (e. g. temperature of an electric motor’s rotor or planetary gearbox bearing) sometimes cannot be accessed with wired sensors. Accordingly, the data needed for condition monitoring can be obtained only with complex calculations and estimates. However, precise and reliable measured data are obtained only when a sensor is placed directly on the moving part. For requirements of this kind we have developed NORIFID, a simple, cost effective measuring system that is based on established technologies, supplies wirelessly power by induction to a sensor on a moving part, and transmits the measured data via RFID to a fixed receiver.
