In the field of highly efficient filter materials, we have developed proprietary synthetic filter media produced with various fiber diameters and available in different grammages. With a particle separation of up to 99,99%, our media also feature a low pressure drop together with high softness. Due to endless fibers no fiber shedding occurs. We support our customers with filter media material as roll goods for respirator masks or pleatable material.

The CE-certified FFP2 respirator mask is a specially developed premium mask tailored to the needs of staff in the hospital and care sector. The particularly gentle ear straps are hardly noticeable. The mask consists of five layers of non-woven fabric. The inner layer is a non-woven fabric that absorbs moisture, including moisture shed by the wearer. The outer layer is water repellent to protect the wearer from splashes. The filter layer in the middle is the most important part of the mask because it forms a barrier against microorganisms. The mask contains a double nose clip and ear loops made of a very skin-friendly material that is particularly elastic. This ensures maximum comfort for every head size. Our FFP2 masks are absolutely odorless and have a particle filtration efficiency of ≥ 94% (PFE). A filtering half mask is a protective device used to protect the respiratory tract. In particular, the mask protects against the harmful effects of air pollution in the form of solid and/or liquid particles that form aerosols (dust, vapor, mist).

Respirator masks are called full mask or respirators, because they protect not only the face but also the entire face and therefore eyes are fully protected. Sealing line goes through forehead, cheeks and underneath the chin. Full masks have an additional inner mask, which on the one hand minimise the “mask dead space” (reduction of collection of consumed air), on the other hand through special routing of the air to prevent the visor misting up. The body of full masks can be produced of several materials. Therefore, mask bodies of black neoprene and normally coloured silicone are available, as well. The latter is perfectly suitable for persons with sensitive skin.
