Together with the Fachhochschule Münster – University of Applied Sciences we are working on ALWA PERM (patent No. 2583995). This is a metal-filled casting resin for producing a porous, resin-bound mould. These materials are applicable in the areas of thermoforming, the ceramic industry, intake moulds and devices, pneumatic cushioning, the filter industry, etc. ALWA PERM allows a castable production of porous metallic materials with a binder for the first time. The system offers a highly accurate mould surface reproduction. The profile characteristics goes far beyond the current state of the art. NO MORE DRILLING OF VACUUM HOLES! ALWA MOULD P is a cold curing casting resin for the production of porous moulds, slabs and blocks for the ceramic industry. It is a porous and high-strength plastic, which is well-suited for high pressure casting applications. ALWA MOULD P can be used in various areas of the tableware and sanitary ceramics, technical ceramics, plastic mould procedure as well as various filtration processes. The high stability and defined porosity of the material allows highly accurate mould surface reproductions. With ALWA MOULD P various geometric moulds for filtration processes of suspensions can be produced. ALWA MOULD P can be used for ceramic slip pressure casting procedures. In this procedure, water is removed by a filtration process of a clay suspension (slip), so that an increasing clay layer is built on the mould wall over time. The moulds, slabs and blocks of ALWA MOULD P are easily machinable (e.g., drilling, milling).

IFA Technology considers your individual requirements on resin synthesis and builds customised condensation plants for you. The manufacture or production of resins and glues, also known as resin synthesis or resin polymerisation, is a lengthy and complex process. Based on melamine, urea or phenol, we enable the production of your raw resins with a condensation process at boiling point, including the necessary technologies and recipes as well as product optimisation by our partners. IFA Technology offers you a complete condensation plant for resin synthesis, including raw material storage and raw material dosing, heating and cooling systems, reactors with condensers and a tank farm. Integrated is the adjustment of the pH value as well as a viscosity control, which takes place fully automatically if desired. For this purpose we offer an intelligent process control system for a safe reaction sequence.

Nutritional supplement with propolis and vitamin C. Propolis is a pleasant-smelling, tasty bee product. Bees collect resins from different trees and turn them into propolis in a mysterious process, together with pollen, wax and their own enzymes. Propolis protects the bee hive in a number of ways as a putty resin. Propolis was valued by people in ancient times, not least due to its pleasantly bitter taste. Vitamin C contributes towards a healthy, vital immune system. Vitamin C also plays a role in protecting cells against oxidative stress. Each capsule contains 250 mg pure propolis extract and 80 mg vitamin C.

ERC Guard Thermic for low-sulphur heating oil with a bio share and all other DIN heating oils slows the natural ageing of heating oil and contains an organic combustion enhancer. The Effect ERC Guard Thermic slows the natural ageing of heating oil. Stabilisers prevent components of the heating system from releasing into the heating oil and forming sediments, and/or accelerating the ageing of the heating oil. In the process, select active ingredients neutralise the ions already in the heating oil and apply a protective coating to the metal surfaces, which suppresses the release of new ions and protects against corrosion. In addition, the additive prevents the formation of resin-like, adhesive ageing products which arise due to the high thermal load of the heating oil within the pump and can block it. At the same time, lubrication of the pump is improved.

The casting lines comprise formulation, preparation, mixing, metering and casting of the parts. Also included is a pre-heating zone for the parts resp. molds prior to the casting devices as well as gelling and curing ovens systems. Fully automatic flow of the parts/workpieces through the entire process, from pre-heating to curing.
