The IRCON ScanIR3 infrared linescanner provides real-time, thermal imaging of continuous sheet and web-based processes as well as discrete manufacturing processes. The robust housing includes built-in provisions for water-cooling and air-purge, and features built-in laser sighting. A rugged processor box provides universal input and output capabilities in the field without the need for an external computer. The versatile ScanView Pro software allows for custom configuration of operating parameters and display of thermal images and temperature profiles on a standard PC. By inserting a 10 mm thick covering panel in the pre-assembled, self-adhesive or screwed U10 profile on the window frame, damaged niches in walls can be covered up following the installation of replacement windows. The F10/65 profile can be bonded in position to neaten the wall corner. The F10/65 profile is PVC window grade and can also be used to create a frame (e.g. for loft ladder openings).

Due to their efficient processing, high performance and recyclability, Dryflex TPE compounds have proved themselves as a quality replacement for vulcanised rubber in window and door sealing applications. Colour and co-extrusion have further enhanced the design possibilities. We develop custom formulated materials which deal with the design, performance and environmental needs of the future. Dryflex TPEs are totally recyclable and can be reprocessed and regenerated to produce functional gasket products. We have developed trade standard grades, including compounds developed to meet the requirements of BS 7412:2002 Class A or B standard and are suitable for ‘static’ (Class A) or ‘dynamic’ (Class B) applications. As well as grades that meet the requirements of RAL GZ 716/1, Class IV (and Class V) standard. Our Dryflex Extrusion range also includes translucent, foamable, rigid and semi-rigid compounds.
