The Protherm 10 is a cost-effective temperature and industrial controller with expanded functionality, including a programmer and an optional datalogger.

The programmable gateways of the BL20 (IP20) and BL67 (IP67) I/O systems can be used as autonomous PLCs for control tasks or as network devices for fast signal preprocessing in the periphery. For this, the gateways have a fieldbus interface for PROFINET, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP™ or PROFIBUS-DP; in addition the gateways support standard Ethernet and serial communication. The extension modules communicate via the internal module bus with the gateway and can be configured independently of the fieldbus protocol.

The HMI controls of the TX500 product series have high-quality displays with brilliant graphics, resistive touch, and a modern processor. They are ideal for use in small to medium-sized machines, whose processes must be controlled, operated, and observed locally. The CODESYS 3 control of the TX500 has the functions PROFINET controller, EtherNet/IP™ and Modbus TCP as well as Modbus RTU Master. When used with Modbus protocols, the HMIs can also be operated as slaves. For visualization the CODESYS 3 target is used.

After every successful filling of a package, it is a basic condition for precise dosing that the thread is defined and breaks off cleanly. This effect usually occurs with water-like materials - with viscous products, so called semi-solids, but often not: Many products such as creams, gels and ointments pull long threads from the tip of the dispensing needle into the respective packaging. The ViscoTec Pharma Dispensers provide a solution: After a dosing shot of the Pharma Dispenser, the product path through the chambers in the rotor-stator system is blocked, thus preventing dripping of the dosing medium. A valve at the dosing needle or at the pump is not necessary. Thanks to the reversible direction of rotation, retraction can be set after the end of dosing: The material is drawn back into the dosing needle in a defined manner.

The programmable safety controller of the SCR P series is a smart alternative to the classic safety relays. Due to its multitude of applications it can replace various safety relay modules. This saves not only costs but also time, wiring effort and space. Up to 5 possible safety circuits with a max. of PL e, thereof 2 circuits with innovative DCD diagnostics allow logical connections to distinctively shutdown certain parts of a machine. The ESX-IOXp is a small, compact and freely-programmable control unit from the 16-bit control unit family. Due to its compact construction, it mainly facilitates the automation of small machines and attachment devices. The control unit can be used optionally with four LS outputs for the realization of motor bridges and with four PVG outputs. It features an XC2287 processor with 80 MHz by Infineon and 768-kB Flash, 1-MB-RAM- and 8-kB EEPROM memory. Software The application software for the ESX-IOXp can be created highly efficiently either in "C" or in CODESYS V2.3 IEC61131. In the programming interface, numerous convenient functions such as current controllers and ramp functions for outputs or frequency averaging for inputs are integrated.

The ESX-3CM is a compact, robust and efficient control unit. In addition to the ESX-3CS, an ESX-3CM (C = Compact, M=Medium) rounds off the third generation of ESX control units. The “C” stands for “Compact” and indicates that all pins are fixed assigned prior to the hardware definition. The functions of these pins can be defined in more detail using software.
