Know-how for special applications There are applications with very special requirements for the heat exchanger. Due to its decades of experience, Anthermo GmbH has the necessary know-how to be able to build special heat exchangers for special applications. So every year we build numerous heat exchangers that are a bit off the standard. Dimensioning with EDP programs With the help of EDP programs, Anthermo GmbH is also able to dimension and technically design special heat exchangers. The technical design and dimensioning is strictly based on the specifications and requirements of the customer. After the design, a three-dimensional CAD model is created. The CAD drawing approved by the customer forms the basis for production with the most modern IT-supported production systems.

The EasyPalletizer from EasyRobotics is a stationary palletizing robot for loading pallets with cardboard boxes or workpieces. The system is positioned on a conveyor belt. Then the robot picks up the cardboard box or the workpiece with a gripper. Depending on the proramization, it then sets it down on the pallet according to the customer’s requirements. The integrated ER+ software facilitates the programming of the sequence. Structure In combination with the Universal Robots robot UR10e the palletizer is available in different versions: On the one hand, the EasyPalettizer can be equipped with a base with lift. This makes it possible to move a stroke of 265 mm with the robot. Crates and workpieces can be stacked even higher on the pallet. Furthermore, it is possible to install a fixed base. This limits the standard height of the robot to 855 mm. In addition, the base can also be completely dismantled. This is useful if the palletisation will not reach great heights.

Programming is completely done in-house according to DIN EN 61131-3. The preferred programming languages used are either Siemens’ Step 7 or 3S’ CodeSys. The hardware depends on the application: it ranges from miniature control systems to computer solutions with connections to the office world in order to document the manufacturing process ideally. The stripper-crimper AM 05 is an electropneumatic driven machine for rapid and reliable processing of loose male and female contacts. IAI's new controller series: R-Unit R-Unit is the new generation of controllers that are coupled via module connections and are modularly interchangeable. These include the RSEL program controller for connecting up to 8 actuators (in combination with the REC EC control up to 16 actuators), the RCON position controller for up to 16 electric cylinders and the REC EC controller for motion control of up to 16 EleCylinder axes. Common to all of them are the linkable control units with identical connections, which allow a free selection and combination of connected electric actuators and their control methods. Mixed control of electric cylinders with 24 volt and 230 volt motors is also easily feasible.
