Intelligent Storage Management With the ISM 400 you can flexibly store 7“, 13“ and 15“ reels, trays, tubes, printed circuit boards, well equipped feeder, solding pastes or screen printing frames manually and monitor their insertion and extraction. The different configuration possibilities of the ISM 400 satisfy the storage needs of the most varied types of components as well as operational and consumable resources of a modern SMT production. With the help of the optional humidity control module it is possible to constantly adjust and monitor the humidity level within the system.

The LENservo electronically controlled, servomotor-driven random numbering system is ideal for banknote and security printing. LENservo combines the attributes of mechanical LEIBINGER numbering machines – such as sturdiness, reliability and precision – with maximum flexibility and production efficiency. While mechanical numbering machines offer only two options – counting forwards or backwards – the LENservo gives you complete freedom to program the numbering sequences.

Compacting is the last finishing process after relaxation or drying and has thus decisive importance for the residual shrinking, the hand and the aspect and the shine of the fabric before cutting and makeup. The BRÜCKNER compacting calender is characterized by an extremely short fabric path, an optimum traction control and a sophisticated drive technology allowing high production speeds with consistent fabric quality. Depending on the fabric type and the quality requirements, BRÜCKNER can offer the following compacting solutions two felt belt compactors arranged one behind the other, rubber belt shrinking unit according to the Sanfor principle, rubber belt shrinking unit with downstream arranged felt belt compacting calender. In addition, the following units can be integrated into the compacting line equalizing frame for the overspreading and width control, straightener, steamer unit, edge cutter (knife or scissor type).

The SEALED INK CUP 90 Q is a single-color pad printing machine for the realization of oblong print images that are larger than the ink/doctoring cup used. Designed as an entry-level model, this machine offers a good basis for a variety of applications. As basic equipment this pad printing machine contains a base frame with practical storage space. This also ensures a stable stand and leads to high stability. Flexibility is provided by the height-adjustable angle table, which allows quick changeover to components of different sizes.
