Our protective covers for foundry/forging/spot welding robots are manufactured with reinforced seams and can be quickly and easily repaired in the event of wear or damage. Ideal protection against moisture, dirt, and lubricants. Thermal protection for the robot: high resistance to extremely high temperatures in forges during the production process (200°C to 600°C, depending on the exposure time). The covers are custom-made according to the equipment fitted on the robot and its trajectories. The fabrics used are fire-rated M1. Resistant to aluminum-brass-magnesium. Oil-repellent. Water-repellent.

The preeflow flowplus16 is a material-resistant, dead space-free miniature pressure sensor in the smallest design - for moving fluids. The "Luer-Lock" (male/female) on both sides makes it suitable for all common dosing systems that work with this type of thread. ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE, MAINTENANCE FREE AND PROTECTED AGAINST EXTERNAL EFFECTS The pressureless gas storage system of Lipp is used for the storage of gas produced on landfill sites, waste water treatment plants and also as external storage on biogas plants. The system is determined by its robust and technical advanced construction where the gas balloon is protected by a galvanized steel tank. This protects the balloon against UV light and also other external factors. The system is mostly utilized at landfill sites or WWTP to buffer the gas before its further processing. The experience gained during the past decades has improved the complete system and the single components and makes it a perfect choice for end users and general contractors.

EGE inductive sensors for high mechanical loads still work trouble-free even after 10 impacts of 8 Joule. The sensor protected by a solid stainless steel sleeve is thus particularly resistant to shock and vibration. They are ideal for areas where standard sensors could be damaged mechanically. EGE offers variants resistant to high pressure cleaning with protection class IP 68/IP69 for use at temperatures up to 110° C and contamination-resistant sensors with PTFE coating. The proximity switches are based on the proven inductive principle and switch con tactless when a metallic object moves close. The sensors are particularly suited for heavy duty use, for example in metal processing, during welding and in mobile machinery.

The GEMÜ N082, N182 and N782 pressure reducers ensure that a constant outlet pressure is maintained in process plant utilizing the pressure differential.If the pressure rises on the outlet side, the spring force is lower and the valve closes as the spring is raised. The pressure is reduced until the spring force and the outlet pressure are the same. If the pressure falls, the valve opens as the spring force presses against the diaphragm surface via the control aperture. The outlet pressure can be read off a diaphragm-protected pressure gauge (not available for N782) and the spring force adjusted using a set screw as required. - The working pressure can be very easily adjusted using a set screw and secured with the integrated lock nut. If required, the setting that has been made can be lead sealed - The flow-efficient design of the valve body ensures good flow rate values - Control errors are kept to a minimum due to the large control face and the spiral spring

The aluminium pressure die-cast protective shroud (F3: aluminium sand casting) fully shields the pedal at the top and sides while the wide base provides a high degree of stability. It reliably prevents accidental operation from above by falling objects or careless operation from the side. Due to its robust construction the protective shroud withstands a drop of 20 kg from a height of 1 m.
