With a force of 15,000 N and the tried-and-tested brushless motor, the FireBird® Pro CAS is powerful and fast when setting blind rivet nuts of up to M8 steel. Since no wear-prone brushes are used, the motor has an extremely long service life, is virtually non-wearing and reliably guarantees the fastest setting frequencies. The setting tool is controlled solely by the setting force adjustment. The thread of the blind rivet nut is therefore optimally protected while ensuring the blind rivet nut is securely anchored in the material. With the 18-volt battery power supply, the tool is suitable for flexible, cordless use on construction sites and in industrial manufacturing. The mechanism for triggering the riveting process is functionally separated from the drilling process and, once the riveting process is complete, the FireBird® Pro CAS provides an automatic drilling function. Plus it has an ergonomic design with a balanced centre of gravity and a non-slip, handy handle. Fatigue-free working comes built in! What’s more, the riveting tool covers a wide range of applications: with a setting force of 10,000 N and a tool stroke of 25 mm, the Birdie® makes light work of setting blind rivets with a diameter of up to 5 mm in all materials. And, like the Bird Pro series, the Birdie® works with the tried-and-tested cross-manufacturer batteries from CAS.

The brushless motor and 10,000 N of force make the AccuBird® Pro extremely fast for installing blind rivets up to 5 mm in diameter, in any material and up to 6 mm in diameter aluminium. The BLDC motor of the AccuBird® Pro has an extremely long service life and is virtually non-wearing. Compared to commercially available battery-powered tools, riveting can be done up to 4x faster making it comparable with hydropneumatic blind riveting tools. The optional autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process, ensuring the AccuBird® Pro is immediately ready for operation. The AccuBird® Pro is also equipped with the low-wear jaws system, which has already proven its worth a thousand times over. You can now get the AccuBird® Pro with the new CAS battery - one battery to operate more than 180 cordless devices! The question of the ideal milling cutter is dependent upon the material to be machined. A single-tooth cutter is often an advantage for ""soft"" materials (PVC, Perspex, Kömacel, etc), wooden materials (chip- or flakeboard) and non-ferrous metals (soft aluminium, Alcubond, etc.), as the problem of cutting erosion in comparison to clogging recedes. A double flute is better suited to very hard plastics and harder types of aluminium (short chipping). Milling cutters with 4 or more flutes are predominantly used to mill metals. SINGLE-TOOTH MILLING CUTTERS Single-tooth milling cutters are mainly used for machining ""soft"" materials. Their extra large chipping space guarantees an ideal chipping removal and high stock removal rate. MULTI-TOOTH MILLING CUTTERS Multi-tooth milling cutters are used for machining ""harder"" materials. The new IPC charger series is the latest innovation in the field of quick-charging. The universal chargers have integrated communication and support all popular communication protocols, such as CAN, I2C, SM, LIN, HDQ. Li-ion rechargeable battery packs from 24 V to 48 V will be automatically detected. Once the E-BUS charger has made contact with the rechargeable battery, an extensive diagnostics procedure is started. The intelligent chargers identify the rechargeable battery voltage, the charge current is adapted and the charge process started. The output power here is up to 300 W. This enables the shortest possible charge times with simultaneous exchange of parameters to be realised with applications such as in drive systems, power tools or medical equipment. With the IPC 300W we are delighted to present a universal charger that can adapt to all lithium ion rechargeable battery systems.
