PSD 43 direct drive is a mechatronic system with integrated control, bus interface and absolute measurement system without battery. This drive is ideal for automatic format changeover. The stepper motor with integrated control and bus communication permits higher velocities at lower torques. The PSD can be easily addressed by rotary switches (not for IO-Link). The instruments can be mounted on a spindle using the hollow shaft without the need for an additional coupling. The optional rotatable attachment housing allows you to attach the direct drives to the machine in any position, no angle plugs are required.

Versatile transfer system for metal sheet handling, designed as the main element in a series of presses which eventually combine with load/unload systems. The system features high positioning precision with heavy duty cycles and high dynamics, and is also available for very extended lengths. The potentiometric angular displacement sensor uses a multi-finger slider system with precious metal contacts. This ensures good contact even when moving at high speed and in the presence of vibrations.

The synchronous serial interface is a digital interface for absolute position and rotary measuring systems. It enables position and angular information to be transmitted digitally, absolutely and without bus overhead. As a result, it is especially well-suited for applications in which reliability and signal robustness are required in an industrial environment. Transmission is synchronous to the request of the controller, and one bit of the position value to be output is transferred with each clock pulse. The clock/data signals are transferred differentially via an RS 422 interface. Data formats are binary or Gray-encoded with a 24 or 25-bit position resolution. A parity bit for increased data security can also be attached to the data format ("SSI26"). Possible clocking frequencies are in the range from 60 kHz to 2 MHz, and update rates of up to 16 kHz can be achieved. The EasyPalletizer from EasyRobotics is a stationary palletizing robot for loading pallets with cardboard boxes or workpieces. The system is positioned on a conveyor belt. Then the robot picks up the cardboard box or the workpiece with a gripper. Depending on the proramization, it then sets it down on the pallet according to the customer’s requirements. The integrated ER+ software facilitates the programming of the sequence. Structure In combination with the Universal Robots robot UR10e the palletizer is available in different versions: On the one hand, the EasyPalettizer can be equipped with a base with lift. This makes it possible to move a stroke of 265 mm with the robot. Crates and workpieces can be stacked even higher on the pallet. Furthermore, it is possible to install a fixed base. This limits the standard height of the robot to 855 mm. In addition, the base can also be completely dismantled. This is useful if the palletisation will not reach great heights.

The MBS hydraulic cylinder MZR-1008 is designed as a discharge cylinder of direct support systems on mobile devices, such as Cranes have been constructed. The integrated position measuring system enables the exact position of the support cylinder to be detected. This is hydraulically fixed in connection with the piped double check valve. The cylinder connection is via plain bearing bushes. There are connecting bores for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO1179-2 in the valve block. Hub and piston rod overhang are variably selectable. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. Hydrostatic bearings are characterized by practically frictionless movement. The corresponding linear guides are free from stick-slip effects and there is practically no wear on the guides. Gases (mostly air) or liquids (mostly oil) can be used as the carrying medium. Air-bearing guides are ideal, for example, for clean room applications or at high sliding speeds. If oil is used as the carrying medium, higher carrying forces can be achieved with the same size and better damping properties. Various designs are available, which can be customized at any time to meet special requirements in terms of installation space, load capacity, guide length / table diameter, drive type, position measuring system, etc.
