Siegling Extremultus machine tapes are vital components of machinery in many industrial applications. Tension members made of polyester/aramide fabric, polyamide sheet or elastic urethane make them ideal for a range of different areas. Siegling Extremultus machine tapes offer the following characteristics: superior abrasion-resistant coatings with constant friction coefficients and long service lives; surface patterns and surface coatings, as well as electrostatic features to suit requirements; damping characteristics tailored to requirements (depending on the tension member); low elongation at fitting, low shaft load.

Siegling Extremultus live roller belts are energy-saving, durable components of driven live rollers. The quality and performance of the belts determine how quickly and reliably items our customers’ items are distributed. The belt’s tension member plays a key role in this process. Today’s standard is polyester fabric (E). But polyamide sheet (P) or aramide fabric (A) are also used. The tension member is embedded in a thermoplastic intermediate layer. Rubber elastomer or urethane coat the two friction layers, which are the top face of the belt (towards the roller) and the underside of the belt (towards the drive and in some cases to the idler roller). The combination of tension member and coating lends the belt its special characteristics – tailored to conveyor type and purpose. The splice requires no extra adhesives (in the Aramid and Polyester line) and can be made quickly, easily and cleanly on site.

We supply dust filters for dryers, mixers and reactors adhering to FDA and cGMP. These are supplied as complete filter cartridges or filter hoses made from polyamide and metallic fabric in a cylindrical shape, with an anti-static feature and PFE-membrane. The relaxation dryer serves for the drying, relaxing and shrinking of knitted fabric in tubular and openwidth form but can be used also for the treatment of woven fabric. Residual shrinkage is reduced to a minimum and the fabric gets a very good dimensional stability across the length and width and a fleecy, soft and voluminous touch. Depending on the customer’s requests and the needed capacity, the dryer is available with one, two or three fabric passages. This dryer is mainly used to finish articles made of natural fibres such as cotton, viscose and wool but also of blends thereof or blends with elastane, polyamide or polyester. Such fabric qualities are mostly further processed for underwear (ribware), nightwear (Interlock), polo shirts (Piqué), Tshirts (single jersey) or sweat shirts (fleece or sweatware). The residual shrinkage is reduced to a minimum and the fabric gets a very good length and width stability and a fleecy, soft and voluminous handle.
