The barrel body is made from polyurethane and the quick-action cap is waterproof. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT It is also possible to attach two additional barrel bodies if necessary. Especially developed for polishing of polyrethane Iaquire and gel-coated or epoxy surfaces where a super finish is required. Also recommended for use on finished parts for a fast touch-up of imperfect er dull surfaces. M-150 has an extremely gentle cutting action to achieve the smoothest, high gloss finish possible, and requires therefore a good basis surface prior to application. lt is recommended to use OSKAR'S M-100 for the removal of deeper sanding marks er surface imperfections. Does not contain silicones or waxes.

M-100 is a universal- fast cutting mixture of extremely fine and medium fine abrasive particles with outstanding polishing action. Formulated to simplify all normal buffing and mould preparation, and for maintenance and repairs of polyester and epoxy moulds. Recommended for removal of sanding marks and mould imperfections, a one­product-system, giving a deep gloss finish, also on finished parts for a final touch-up of hazy or dull finishes. For high temperature machine buffing. Contains no additives harmful to polyester gelcoats or epoxy surfaces. Does not contain silicones or waxes.

Single-roller tools consist of a tool body equipped with a tool shank, a spring assembly that allows the roller head to move with no play and very low friction. While the OMEGA skiving head cuts the cylinder's inner surface to the exact size and form required, the roller head burnishes it. Sometimes for various reasons, tubes have to be skived and burnished separately or both processes have to be carried out one after the other. Therefore, all SK skiving heads can be delivered also as separate tools. SK skiving heads are then used in conjunction with GZ roller burnishing tools. In the first pass the SK skiving head peels the cylinder, and in the second pass the GZ tool burnishes it smooth.
