The new Vico MT series comprises powerful display units with multi-touch technology in an industrial-grade unit design.The installed CODESYS PLC software package makes it possible to use control functions in addition to visualization. The visualization is developed together with the PLC application in the free CODESYS Development System.The device communicates with the external fieldbus components via EtherCAT and Modbus.The devices with brilliant IPS display have a robust glass touch screen with an aluminium bezel and are prepared for easy installation in the control cabinet. We attach great importance to ease of operation and versatile plant functions. The control technology of our plants and the regulation technology for fully automated systems is always executed with the highest degree of accuracy and care. The communication between the plants and systems (PLC/PC/panels) can be implemented with various interfaces such as Profinet, Profibus, ASi-bus, Ethernet network, etc. Remote maintenance or connection to an ERP system via the Internet are also possible.

The water pressure-proof UVC-SE sensors serve as robust, long-term stable measuring heads for the precise measurement of UV-C irradiances of low-pressure mercury lamps and amalgam lamps in water disinfection and wastewater systems. The sensor can be exposed to pressure of up to 10 bar. A long-term, stable high-sensitivity photo diode with a large active area of 1 cm² is used. This provides low noise and improved sensitivity, below 260 nm, compared to SIC sensors. Superior corrosion resistance and long-term stability is also achieved through the use of appropriate materials. No aging is determined over a period of one year. The sensors are calibrated with traceability to the PTB, the German national test authority. The integrated electronics produce a signal voltage that is transmitted to the PLC or panel meter RM-32, so that inferences are minimized. Operating voltage and output signal can be selected to match the measurement task or PLC interfaces.

The water-proof sensor UVX-SE serves as robust, long-term stable measuring heads for the precise measurement of UV irradiances in production lines, that have to be wet cleaned. The sensors are calibrated with traceability to the PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt, the German national test authority) and can be exposed to pressure of up to 10 bar. The sensors are available in eight spectral ranges and two measuring ranges. This allows the sensors to be optimally adapted for the application. The integrated electronics produce a signal that is transmitted to the PLC or panel meter, so that inferences are minimized. Operating voltage and output signal can be selected to match the measurement task or PLC interfaces. For small control tasks, the sensor UVX-SE can be connected to RM-32, which shows current irradiance on a 3.5-digit digital display and switches two relay contacts with adjustable warning and alarm signals.
