Plate Precoat Filter are used for the fine filtration of low-viscosity oils. This cost-effective filter is a compact device designed to supply individual machines. The achievable filtration fineness is between 1 and 5 µm in NAS 3-7. The filter regeneration and cleaning of the filter discs are done manually. Advantages: Small footprint Excellent filtration results Low installation effort The filter geometry can be customized to match the machining machine (on request) Affordable price Operating Principle: Swelling: The entire tank is filled with oil. Before filtration can begin, the filter discs (1) need to be swollen with a filter aid (diatomaceous earth, cellulose, perlite). Filtration: After the precoat, the operator manually switches to filtration and directs the filtrate into the clean tank (2). The system pump can now be switched on to supply the processing machine. The achievable filtration fineness is 1 – 5 µm, depending on the filter aid used.

Whenever pre-assembled cables need to be led into a housing, the cable entry system KADL is the perfect solution. KADL is installed with one click - easy and timesaving. The modular structure allows a step-by-step installation of 3 to 25 cables. BEHRINGER vertical bandsaws are the perfect answer when it comes producing cuts in all plate dimensions and thicknesses with optimized contours and machining allowances. LPS bandsaws can be ideally tailored to meet your specific needs. The material table is structured using platform technology and can be variably equipped in 250 mm graduations with cover plates, liftable roller conveyor segments, recesses for crane loading on chains or measurement and clamping devices. Every machine is unique to its owner. The LPS vertical bandsaws are able to cut even materials with different machining properties with the utmost precision without compromising on speed. This is made possible by a durable design in combination with vibration-damping grey cast iron components. Saw feed is performed here by a ball screw with servo drive and the sensitive BEHRINGER cutting pressure control system.

Where to use deva.tex ® deva.tex ® is a high performance self-lubricating sliding material with a glass fiber reinforced carrying layer. The machinable sliding layer consists of fibers which are embedded in epoxy resin. The resin carries PTFE as lubricant for excellent tribological performance. deva.tex ® bearings are available up to 1.000 mm and are characterized by a very high corrosion and wear resistance. They are insensitive to contamination as well as to vibrations and shock loads. In addition to standard dimension, special geometries can be machined. The alloy and coating are specifically adapted for government requirements and are delivered in accordance with local regulations. Consistency is also ensured with excellent quality controls and compliance with all regulatory bodies, including EN, DIN, ASTM, BS and ECCA. Lastly, aluminum license plate products provide excellent adhesion qualities for reflective film and other applications thanks to a clean, grease-free surface. Choices include top-coating or pretreatment options, or double-coated for non-reflective plates.

Temperation of fluids Pillow plates are used everywhere where liquids must be temperated. In dependence of application the liquids can be cooled or heated. Cause of this wide range of applications pillow plates are used in the process industry, in the cooling industry and in a lot of other industries. Pillow plates are also know as heat exchanger plates, evaporator plates, cooling plates /sheets and thermo plates / sheets. Pillow plates as air-/water-heat exchanger Additionally to the temperation of liquids pillow plates are also used as air-/liquid heat exchangers. In case of polluted or wasted air and if there are high demands for cleaning, more and more pillow plates are used as air-/water-heat exchanger. The large exchange surface and the good possibilities for cleaning are important features for this type of heat exchanger.

HotMicroCoils have an exceptional capacity for being shaped - even in three dimensions. Many special winding patterns and geometries apart from the purely cylindrical are thus possible, allowing heating close to the contours of all manner of surfaces. Applications include hot runner manifolds, heating plates and hot die stamps. The shaped heating elements thus obtained can be used in two principal ways: either placed over the surface to be heated (firmly bonded by soldering, force-fitted, pressed or otherwise appropriately joined) or pressed into a positive fit in grooves in the surface to be heated. The second of these alternatives is also becoming more widely accepted in plastics processing, as it offers the best heat transfer because the heating area is the greatest (see also Freek Heat Transfer System). Since not all our customers have the necessary equipment and experience to press the HotMicroCoil elements into the contours of the surfaces, Freek also offers this as a service.

Three-axes turning technology – Our advanced, three-axes turning technology allows us to turn optics having any symmetric geometric shape. An extensive range of sophisticated diamond-cutting technologies is available, for single piece as well as for series production.
