Why make something complicated when you can make it easy? PE sheets – made to order in the size you need – save you the time and effort of manually or mechanically cutting plastic covers. PE sheets are pre-cut flat film sheets. PE sheets from Dürrbeck are manufactured bespoke to meet your needs. Plastic sheets are used as covers for pallets, as a liner between individual packaged units, or as a packaging material itself. When combined with stretch film pallet wrap, it provides excellent protection against dirt, dust and the elements. Our custom-made PE sheets also act as a simple liner or cover for goods in a warehouse or in transport. We produce plastic sheets loose or perforated on rolls – simply tear off, use, done! Cutter Pumps The cutter pumps of the series SPC are desinged to handle and reliably cut long, stringy plastic chips. Because of the higher number of cutting blades which results in an increased cutting frequency all chips are being consistenly cut in small pieces. Plastic-coated steel cablestrands are cut to length using a special shear cut module and then stripped with the cutting module of the AM3500 without the wires "jumping open".Bare steel cable wires are transported by the modified AM 3500 directly to the special cutting machine, which is coupled between the AM 3500 and the material stacker and which cuts the material to length by a thermal process. Due to the special electric welding process used here, the individual wires do not twist up during cutting, and a smooth rope start and a smooth rope end without thickening are produced. Long steel cable wires/strands are placed in a tray after processing, while short pieces of material fall down a chute into a collecting container.
