With BEULCO BlackLine® the next generation of plastic connectors has emerged. Function and material are aligned in a way that highest possible safety and best comfort are given during installation. The connectors are made of extremely resistant high performance material (PP and POM). It is characterized by high strength and hardness in a wide range of temperatures. Additional features as the high heat resistance, a low friction coefficient and a minor water absorption make the material coparable to metal. It is resistant against UV, chemicals and corrosion.

For factory automation we offer compact fieldbus I/O-modules for PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet™, CANopen, INTERBUS, AS-interface®, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP™ and PROFINET. The IP67-modules for use in harsh environments have glass-fiber reinforced plastic housings and metal-connectors, are fully potted, vibration and shock-proof. The IP20-modules for DIN rails can not only be installed in control cabinets, they can also be used to integrate small, decentralized control boxes with a few I/O-signals to a fieldbus network.

Light Clamps – the clever plastic series: With the plastic tube connectors from the "Light Clamps" series, RK Rose+Krieger has developed a cost-effective and versatile range of tube connectors for the positive connection of tubes in the light load range. This design enables the clamping of the most various tube sections and –diameters. Besides their attractive design and the intelligent system of reducing bushes the clamping elements are characterised especially by their resistance to chemicals. They are particularly appropriate for sensitive applications under laboratory conditions and for industrial applications as, for instance, in the beverage or packing industry.

RK tube connectors – the flexible alternative to welded connections The clampable tube connectors from RK Rose+Krieger are a cost-efficient solution for the positive and ready detachable connection of a diverse variety of systems – without the need for drilling and welding. Depending on the field of application and the expected load, RK Rose+Krieger offers tube connectors made of plastic (Light Clamps), aluminium (Solid Clamps) or stainless steel (Robust Clamps). The Solid Clamps tube connector system also includes the RK monitor mounting for the fixation and ergonomic adjustment of monitors and touch screens used in industrial applications. The IP67 connectors developed by CONEC provide reliable protection against environmental influences and mechanical stress. Our highly versatile glass nozzles are also suitable for high-pressure applications. Because glass nozzles are simply large micropipettes, they have similar characteristics. Their flexible design enables them to be adapted to practically every application. For example, nozzles with very short or very long tips with a uniform internal channel can be manufactured. Similarly, the nozzle diameter is freely selectable. The workpiece holders for shaping the tips range from 1,5 mm up to 10 mm. Good connections ... The nozzles can be adapted in various ways. Apart from standard plastic Luer connectors for outlet diameters between 1 and 2 mm, sealing beads for Swagelok couplings or customer-specific sealing systems can be provided. Plug-in connector for drinking water, water and gas. The material-friendly connecting technique enables that the pipe is only stressed as the relations of pression and torsion demand. Premature wear due to overstressing of material and subsequent troublescan be excluded. The metal clamping claw enables a torsion-free assembly by its positioning. The connector can easiliy be dismounted – all components can be reused without problems. For the application in the field of gas the connector has an additional insert pipe to stabilise the pipe. For the application in the field of drinking water the connector has the proven EPDM profile gasket which reliably seals minor damages on the surface. The plug-in connectors for the application in the fields of water and gas additionally have a special o-ring. The sealing and clamping functions are separated and independent which makes the connector extraordinarily safe.

With our flexible all-rounder you can always rely on the right connector in the water, gas, heating and local / district heating sector. Our connectors are made of water-hygienic suitable material and are therefore ideal for use in the drinking water sector. The connector consists of only three components and thus allows quick and easy installation without special tools. The support tube firmly connected to the main body brings the plastic tube into an exactly round shape and supports it towards the outside, meaning it maintains the internal pressure against the brass clamping ring of the connector. Even with negative pressure no pipe deformation occurs. Due to its special contour, the fixed support tube also ensures the sealing function. The model is available in different versions. Flange connector with loose insert pipe for optimum grip and durability. Our flange connectors are optimal for higher dimensions. They have an additional seal and a loose insert pipe. With our flange connectors for the application in water systems you are always on the safe side. The connector consists of various components, which can be assembled quick and simple without any special tool. The fixed insert pipe ensures an optimal form of the PE Pipe and stabilizes the pipe inwards, so the insert pipe holds up internal pressure. The additional seals ensure total security.
