The professional air purifier with 3 filter stages and UV-C light frees the air reliably from aerosols, bacteria, pollen and viruses. Particularly suitable for large rooms with a high footfall, such as doctors' surgeries, fitness studios, open-plan offices and kindergartens. The device consists of a powerful fan with a 3-stage filter unit. The air is sucked in and passed through a pre-filter past UV-C lamps and then passes through the built-in HEPA filter (HEPA - High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter Class H14). ERC Flow Guard Premium is a flow enhancer with very good mixing behaviour for the use of diesel fuel and heating oil in the winter. THE EFFECT Heating oil and diesel fuel are already relatively winter-proof, but when it is very cold, the contained paraffins can separate and agglomerate. Consequently, they clog lines and filters, in which case the heating system or the engine no longer runs properly or can even shut down. THE RESULT ERC Flow Guard Premium contains so-called nucleating agents which are available in surplus in the cooling paraffin condensation cores. As a result, smaller growth crystals form instead of larger. The minuscule growth crystals can easily pass through lines and filters without causing clogging. In addition, a surface limiter envelops the paraffin crystals and keeps them in suspension. As a result, larger clumps cannot form at a later time, either.

THE EFFECT Diesel fuel contains paraffin which promotes clean combustion and lubricates the fuel system components. At low temperatures, however, paraffin forms crystals. As the temperature falls, more and more crystals form and coalesce into lumps which then block the fuel lines and fuel filter. The active components in ERC Diesel Anti-Freeze „enclose“ the crystals, thus them from growing and coalescing with other crystals. In addition, ERC Diesel Anti-Freeze forms crystallization nuclei which encourage the formation of large numbers of small crystals that can then easily pass through the fuel filter. The system RS 6000 is a high-performing recycling system that cleans large oil volumes in several process stages. This system was constructed for many years of reliable work without service. Biological exhaust air cleaning is used whenever exhaust air has to be cleaned from volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odours. Biofilters play a major role in this process. The polluted exhaust air is passed through a filter medium where the VOCs and odours are separated. Normally, this medium is an organic carrier material where microorganisms are grown on. They convert the VOCs and odours into noncritical components by means of their metabolism. Especially regarding the removal of odorous substances, biofilters are a very efficient and comparatively inexpensive way of biofiltration with an efficiency of up to 99 %. BIOCATbiofilters have a high degree of efficiency in a wide range of applications, even for exhaust air components that are difficult to dissolve in water.
