With the master data maintenance tool _dataMaintenance.BRAIN you can centrally create and maintain PLU data including label parameters and send them to Bizerba devices. Only verified data is loaded for production. The master data maintenance tool _dataMaintenance.BRAIN is closely integrated with Bizerba devices and applications. The user-friendly interface optimally shows the data structure of each Bizerba weigh price labeler and checkweigher. Compatibility with Windows® 8.1 ensures future support. The new capacitive sensor system capaNCDT 6228 is designed for measurement tasks with ambient temperatures up to +800 °C. Up to four high-temperature sensors of the CSE/HT series can be connected simultaneously to the powerful controller. The integrated high-temperature sensor cable compensates for interference from electric or magnetic fields. Furthermore, the measured data is output both analog and digital via modern interfaces such as Ethernet and EtherCAT.

Testing has never been easier and quicker. With the P300, you can perform precision tests of hoses of up to 2500 mm in length and with pressures up to 1000 bar. Test up to 120 hoses per hour, making use of 4 parallel test lines and our quick-clamping system. You can choose between automated and manual setup mode. Digital pH sensor SMARTPAT analytical sensors from KROHNE are the first and only sensor line in the market with integrated transmitter technology. The complete circuitry is miniaturised and fits into the sensor head. This technical achievement cuts the price in half compared to all measurement systems without integrated transmitter technology. KROHNE is the only company who offers a real open standard without additional external transmitter and with a direct connection via standardised fieldbus from the sensor to the process control system. The SMARTPAT sensor stores all data and sends these as bidirectional digital signals with 4...20 mA / HART® 7 protocol to the control and asset management systems, handhelds, PC and other peripherals.

NKCG offers anode blanks but also welding service to metal sheets, purification (NK-PURE), and coating options for the anodes.

µdox is a multi-parameter hand-held measuring device that determines relevant measured values for checking the water quality. These include pH, redox, total hardness, acid capacity and dissolved oxygen with a resolution of 1 ppb. The measuring device is particularly easy to use and to display and record data from up to eight measuring points. Fast analysis of oxygen in the µ range with response times of t90 or t99 of approx. 13 s or 30 s. Oxygen, pH and redox can be determined in parallel. The sensor systems have integrated transient monitoring. Languages and units of measurement can be parameterized. The handheld measuring device is particularly suitable for measurements on hot and steam boiler systems, in district heating systems and power plants.
