Novelis specialty aluminum offers a range of possibilities for interior and decorative designs. The light weight and flexibility make it ideal for use in aluminum ceiling panels. Smooth or perforated, Novelis pre-painted products can be used for aluminum ceiling panels, grid ceilings, long panel cassettes, lamp grid elements, substructure partitions, aluminum decorative panels and support rails. The aluminum also can be combined with other materials to achieve excellent acoustic absorbance. With the modular production of aluminum ceiling tiles, if there’s ever any damage, only that area requires replacement, making maintenance simple and more cost-effective. With the versatility of aluminum, interior spaces can be as visually impressive as the exterior. Novelis pre-painted and anodized aluminum can make rooms better from the top down, providing options to enhance ceilings in a room, as well as the furniture to fill it.

With the manufacture of compacting containers for use in municipal vehicle construction, decades of expertise and know-how go into the implementation of every product. In accordance with the requirements, we implement the container manufacture and, if the customer requests it, take over both internal coating and external painting. The production range includes volume-optimised 37 – 43 m³ vehicle bodies.

For pharmaceutical applications, it is used for the treatment of iron deficiency anaemia. For industrial applications, it is used for the production of ceramic paints in terracotta shades, as well as for the formulation of metal pickles. Its high purity makes it an ideal REDOX partner in electrochemical processes. This includes the adaptation of chemical and physical parameters such as bulk density, wettability, particle size, purity or pH-value.

Light, durable and corrosion-resistant, pre-painted aluminum sheeting products make an ideal base for aluminum license plate manufacturing for cars. Benefits include minimum burr on edges thanks to superior processing, corrosion resistance ensured by a specialized coating on the reverse side and versatile delivery options from coils and sheets to cut blanks and ready-made license plates, which include rounded corners, embossed edges and a painted finish. The alloy and coating are specifically adapted for government requirements and are delivered in accordance with local regulations. Consistency is also ensured with excellent quality controls and compliance with all regulatory bodies, including EN, DIN, ASTM, BS and ECCA. Lastly, aluminum license plate products provide excellent adhesion qualities for reflective film and other applications thanks to a clean, grease-free surface. Suitable for best suited for and universally usable on bearing lime or cement plaster, concrete, masonry, gypsum plaster and dispersion or silicate-based paint. Our product has been annealed using silica sol and it is free of solvents. It is naturally resistant to mold and washable.

Wooden facades, balconies, windows and shutters, fences, pergolas, wooden slates, garden furniture and garden houses, carports etc. Equally suitable for all kinds of wood. Used as final coating for painted, treated wood our product reduces the need for regular refurbishment.

A high surface quality results, above all, from long, gentle drying, especially when solvent containing paint systems are used. Production sequences often do not provide sufficient space for buffer storing. Furthermore, the transportation of workpieces generates high costs and implies the risk of damage. To avoid these aspects, Venjakob has developed innovative drying equipment with varying conveyor systems, all of which being based on the convection drying principle. The innovative and uniform cross ventilation of the Muli-level dryer VEN DRY COLLECT yields optimum drying results. If only solvent is used, the lower cost variant with longitudinal ventilation is available as an option.

We offer paint protection hoods tailored for the respective car type as well as a standard program with fixed dimensions for the painting of raw bodies and finished vehicles in the motor vehicle industry and in paint workshops and re-varnishing sectors. All our paint protection hoods are characterised by the same high quality features: The temperature resistance ranges between 70 °C and 160 °C depending on the drying conditions of the paint and the product range.

POLIFILM comes with a large product assortment of protection films for added value aluminium surfaces. For this application the quality of the carrier film needs to be very specific due to the sensitivity of the fairly soft aluminium. Our protection films are suitable for mill finish aluminium as well as for glossy and even high gloss, anodized aluminium finishes.
