The state-of-the-art in-mold labeling (IML) process allows us to produce curved shapes as 1-material packaging and consequently 100% recyclable. The intermittent Form Fill and Seal machines flexo 500/700 Push are pusher-machines that wrap difficult products with ease, such as glass bottles in bundles or salt and pepper shakers. They collect and group the products in order to subsequently push them into the film. In order to ensure that no products tilt over, our machines maintain physical contact with the articles to be packaged until they are safely in the bag. The transversal sealing unit is designed as an intermittent version and processes a wide range of films and product dimensions. The packaging style features a bottom overlap.

Material on reels is the alternative to punched platelets and is used in packaging production lines with "inline" punching. The features are identical to the pre-punched seals. We offer various qualities, which can be used for conductive or inductive sealing, e.g. of paste tubes, in an inline process.

Duo-break is a shelf ready packaging that is ideal for bags or stand-up pouches. For optimal pallet utilisation, the products are packed with their opposite ends adjacent to each other and encircled with a wrap-around blank. This is opened in the store by folding and the insert removed effortlessly. This leaves two attractive trays that enable direct product presentation on the shelf.

The colourful cardboard packaging offers a fun experience for puzzle enthusiasts. The mega puzzle with 32000 pieces is well protected in the stable packaging and ready to boost sales and ready for use anytime.

A rainbow film ensures that the packaging design of computer game and action figures stands out on the shelf. For an ideal print image, the rainbow film is first offset printed with opaque white and then in four colour and that too in 16 different language versions. The 'Go-Trolley' wheeled transit packaging securely holds 6 wine bottles in position.
