Compared to dehumidifiers with analog controllers for the preselection of minimum and maximum operation regardless of the unit, with the TTK 100 E you can directly enter the desired humidity value via the digital display. An integrated hygrostat implements this target fully automatic and adjusts the performance of compressor and two-staged fan. Indicated on the display of the TTK 100 E, in addition to the preselected room humidity value, are the current values of the air temperature and humidity in the room. If required, this comfort dehumidifier can also be controlled via the integrated timer or used in continuous operation. The Load cell model 8451 has been developed for measuring the forces that occur during press operation. The internal measuring elements have a rugged design, which mean they can cope reliably with the steep force curves that are typical of press applications. They can be fitted or replaced quickly and easily on the press ram without the need for additional components around them. The force sensor is placed between the tool and the press ram and can thus measure the actual compression force directly in the axis of operation. The load cell measures the compression forces between the circular contact surfaces of plunger and tool. The pin on its top side and hole on its lower face are simply provided for mechanical fixing and centering the components correctly. The connecting cables are suitable for drag chains, designed for many movements and stably fastened in the sensor housing.

The machine of series KT can be applied universally. It is designed for the industrial part cleaning. Application fields: metal degreasing, electrical industry, optical industry, medical technology, maintenance and service etc. The compact design of the machine as 3-tank system guarantees a high cleaning quality together with space-saving location. The basic version consists of a heated ultrasonic tank (tank 1) and heated cascade rinsing (tank 2 and 3). Additionally a separate dryer corresponding to the size of the compact unit can be made available. The tanks are incorporated in a solid frame. Optionally a stainless steel base frame can be delivered. Armatures, tank and frame are made of stainless steel. All valves can be easily operated at front of the machine. All electrical operating elements are on the front of the machine. They are each assigned to the tanks.
