BEDIA intelligent tank sensor ITS 65 is used to monitor the filling levels of oils of any kind. The sensor is able to automatically recognize and what kind of oil (hydaulic oil, engine oil etc.) is present and calibrates itself to it. The capacitative measurement principle permits measurement of levels without mechanically moving parts. This considerably increases stability and operating safety. Mechanics The new tank sensor ITS 65 is characterized by a particularly stable, but light mechanical system specially designed for “Heavy Duty Applications”. The mounting flange and measurement tube are constructed from die cast aluminium. This construction permits the insertion of tank sensors up to 1200 mm in length, without additional support on the tank floor. Analogue Output The analogue output is available as an voltage output with a range from 0 V to 10 V or as an PWM output.

INDIRECT (VIA STORAGE MEDIUM) OIL HEATER FAN IDS 900The IDS 900, our most powerful model of this series of mobile indirect oil heaters, provides the strongest mobile heating power The greatest model of the IDS series was especially designed for heating individual halls or several rooms and comes equipped with a flow-optimized stainless steel combustion chamber for a particularly high efficiency and with an exceptionally powerful axial fan. The compact construction comprises a robust, epoxy coated steel frame with double-walled housing for optimum soundproofing and insulation. Function related, the delivery of the oil heater fan IDS 900 does not include an integrated fuel container, which is why the use of an external tank is recommended for automated continuous heating. Optionally available is also an oil tank pedestal with a capacity of 208 litres.

IDS 30 OIL HEATER FANMobile heating power on wheels: The IDS 20 D direct heaters for fast, uncomplicated heating With robust design, the oil heater IDS 30 has everything you need for an economic and effective heating application. This device from the IDS pro series is very flexible. On the one hand, its carriage with big wheels enables a quick transport and easy set-up even on building sites and uneven terrain. On the other hand, there is no need for an external oil tank because of the integrated fuel container. The oil heater fan is originally "Made in Europe" and as standard equipped with electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling. Additionally, the double-walled housing with protective coating increases safety at work by minimizing the surface temperature of the outer casing and thus the risk of injuries and further offers an effective soundproofing.

IDS 80 OIL HEATER FANThe robust IDS 80 oil fan heater for fast, uncomplicated heating - mobile heating power on wheels This oil heater fan of the IDS pro series is especially suitable for longer heating applications, because it is possible to connect an external oil tank in addition to the integrated fuel container. The double-walled housing with protective coating ideally absorbs sound, minimizes surface temperature and thus the risk of injuries. Electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling are further safety measures. The carriage and big wheels provide sufficient flexibility. Especially when working on building sites, the location can simply be changed. Our oil reservoir cleaning system M 504 has the capacity of cleaning large oil containers like large tanks and reservoirs, and to store enormous amounts of water and dirt. The M 504 consists of 4 large C-1200 housings and achieves a flow of nearly 300 liter per minute. Due to the large filter elements (1.5 m purely axial flow) this machine is the solution to re-obtain an oil quality in reservoirs in fresh oil condition or better. The M 504 is specified separately for each customer- specific use. Power units and Control Systems Ruhfus Systemhydraulik GmbH specialises in the production of special solutions in the field of hydraulic units for industrial use. In order to be able to optimise the product to meet your requirements, you will be supported during the whole project phase by our competent team. Ruhfus Systemhydraulik GmbH can supply hydraulic units with tank sizes of up to 10,000 litres capacity. For this we use DIN oil tanks but also special tanks that are individually adapted to your needs. Here it is immaterial whether the oil tank is made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium. For special designs such as table valves, tank support frames, supporting structures for motor pump units and many more special components connected with your hydraulic unit we are of course likewise the right people to contact. For each of our hydraulic units, 3D models are generated beforehand which can be made available to you. From these you can plan earlier the field piping, possible foundations or building and also transport or other matters in detail. For the drives of our hydraulic units we use standard electric motors with a power of up to 80 kW. On request the motors can also be equipped with a frequency converter. As the valve technology, as well as the oil supply unit, are always subject to customer-specific requirements, limits are always hard to define here. As far as possible only two limits should not be exceeded, on the one hand a maximum volume flow of 275 l/min and on the other a maximum system pressure of 315 bar.
