The herbal Omega-3 Perilla oil contains in comparison to other plant oils the highest portion of biological active, polyunsaturated Omega-3-fatty acids. Perilla oil is obtained from the seed of the Chinese medicinal and spice plant Perilla (black nettle). It is rich in alpha-linolenacid (ALA), the only Omega-3-fatty acid, which the body cannot produce by itself. ALA makes a contribution towards maintaining a normal cholesterol level in the blood (from a daily intake of 2 grams). Each capsule contains 500 mg of pure Perilla oil. Carotene capsules are a valuable nutritional supplement with carotenoids and vitamin E, primrose oil and skin-friendly vitamins such as vitamin B2, niacin and biotin. Grinding chips are created by the grinding of metal components. It is a mixture of metal and corundum abrasion in combination with the cutting fl uids being used. By briquetting, the waste is reduced significantly and the briquettes possess a defi ned residual moisture. Thus, the disposal costs are reducedand depending upon the alloy, there is even the opportunity to sell the briquettes with a profit. In most cases, the expensive oil contained in the cutting fl uid can be reused. The briquetting system can already payoff for itself within less than 12 months by processing about 10 to 30 tons of the expensive oil contained in the cutting fl uid per year. Depending on the requirements, our briquetting systems for grinding chips are equipped with hydraulic motors ranging from 4kW to 22kW, and reach a specifi c pressure of up to 3,800 kg/cm². The throughput of the RUF briquetting systems - especially for grinding chips - range from 40 to 350 kg/h.

Dimensioning of our teco tt/th series up to 400°C is based on DIN 4754. Design and technical configuration of all temperature controllers are based on the requirements of this norm. Exact film temperature calculation ensures, in combination with flow monitoring, efficient and at the same time reliable operation in all operating conditions. A lockable filter in the circulating medium return line is a standard installation; another installed feature is an expansion vessel with a cold oil container for reliable prevention of damage by oxidation due to oxygen accumulation in the heat carrier.

The yellowish-white rice bran wax (Oryza Sativa Bran Cera) is extracted from the rice husk. Rice bran wax accumulates during the production of rice oil, with the crude rice oil containing 4-6% wax. It has a melting point of 77-82 °C, has a very hydrophobic character and forms rather soft oil gels. It is mainly used as a consistency agent in emulsions, e.g. as a component of cosmetic pencils.

Our oil reservoir cleaning system M 504 has the capacity of cleaning large oil containers like large tanks and reservoirs, and to store enormous amounts of water and dirt. The M 504 consists of 4 large C-1200 housings and achieves a flow of nearly 300 liter per minute. Due to the large filter elements (1.5 m purely axial flow) this machine is the solution to re-obtain an oil quality in reservoirs in fresh oil condition or better.
