The Raytek MI3 digital infrared thermometer represents a new generation of performance and innovation in continuous noncontact temperature monitoring for a broad range of OEM applications and manufacturing processes. Each MI3 infrared temperature thermometer is a two piece system with a miniature sensing head and separate communications electronics. The miniature sensing head can be installed in any system and outperforms much larger sensors, making the Raytek MI3 the best valued IR temperature sensor in its class. The OEMMI3 version of this digital infrared thermometer allows direct digital communication with the host machine controller without the need for an additional communication box. The innovative multiple sensing head interface, which can support up to 8 individually addressable heads per communication box, reduces sensor cost, simplifies sensor installation and applications troubleshooting, and provides the lowest cost per measurement point.

The Sensistor XRS9012 Hydrogen Leak Detector is a fast, reliable and robust instrument for utilities leak detection such as telecom cables and water pipes. The Sensistor XRS9012 offers a highly sensitive and flexible leak detection system in a heavy-duty, smart and ergonomically designed package. The unique method involving the use of inexpensive forming gas (5% hydrogen and 95% nitrogen) as tracer gas, combines unparalleled locating properties with user-friendly technology, low costs and minimal service requirements. To be able to detect both minor and major leaks the Sensistor XRS9012 features a sensitivity adjustor to instantly adapt to any detection condition. The electronic sensor mounted in the probe tip responds instantaneously to the tracer gas. The sensor is also highly sensitive and selective to hydrogen gas. The C 650 uses a modification of HERMLE's tried-and-tested gantry-type design, with a mineral-cast machine bed. The integrated, rigid clamping table can cope with workpieces up to a maximum of 3000 kg (1050 x 900 x 600 mm) in the 3-axis version, making it ideal for toolmaking, mould construction and machine construction. The swivelling rotary table of the 5-axis version can accommodate workpieces up to 1500 kg (Ø 900 x 600 mm), allowing for highly precise machining. The traverse path in the stainless-steel-clad working area comprises 1050 x 900 x 600 mm with a vertical table clearance of 775 mm and a door aperture of 1050 mm. Ideal parameters for simple and safe crane charging. The C 650 has an integrated tool magazine for 42 tools. The control panel of the C 650 is also designed to swivel easily to the magazine loading location, so the operator can enter the tool data directly into the tool table in the control system.

The VA-L series aluminium saws define a whole new performance class with their design. Servo-driven axes and a harmonic drive gear guarantee high-performance and process-reliable operation from aluminium alloys to copper and brass alloys. Due to the technical features and the associated sawing performance, the sawing results meet requirements regarding the surface of Rz < 8 µm and cutting tolerances < 0.1 mm. In many cases, further processing of the surface is therefore no longer necessary. All components of the aluminum circular saws and their processes are designed with this in mind. On the one hand, this includes material processing in terms of chip flow and minimum rest piece length, but also machine components of the latest generation. The VA-L aluminium saws are equipped as standard with pneumatic short-stroke cylinders for material clamping and do not use any hydraulics.

Good ergonomics and optimal component accessibility Milling can be used to not only create highly complex component geometries, but also to achieve precise cutting depths. It is often used in combination with punching operations to produce component variations or small quantities, such as of instrument panels, center consoles or door panels. FRIMO FlexTrim milling machines have been specially developed to process complex 3-D plastic components. The newest generation of FlexTrim milling machines offers an attractive price/performance ratio. The new rotary table and product fixture concept ensures excellent ergonomic conditions for the operator and optimal component access for the milling robots. The use of multiple product fixtures per station reduces the number of necessary changes, thereby increasing productivity. Through the use of new milling technology with optimized chips, an effectiveness ratio of up to 95 % is possible with appropriate material combinations.

One of the most popular SEPA EUROPE fans is the axial fan with the dimensions 40x40x10 mm and the popular Magfix® sleeve bearing. This year it underwent complete revision and further development. The new fan generation is known as the LF40P and with the same external dimensions is installed in the same way as the previous model. The new and currently unique rotor geometry is obvious at first sight. It is completely different from the previous shape and layout. Thanks to the distinctive rotor blade with a cut, either a clear noise reduction can be achieved at the same speed or the same noise level as previous generations with 25% more air performance. The current model is equipped with the SEPA MagFix® bearing and PWM input with which the speed can be set to meet the necessary requirements. The LF40P is an excellent example for the permanent further development of products at SEPA EUROPE.

Where pneumatic tools of the MBS series reach their performance limits, the eccentric cutting machine opens up new possibilities in cutting performance. Instead of a pneumatic cutting tool, the Metzner ST 25 uses an electrically driven eccentric mechanism that carries a punching blade. This enables us to increase the performance of the die-cut into completely new dimensions, of up to 800 cuts per minute. An agreeable side-effect: With the electric drive for the cutting tool, the ST 25 works very quietly – which is why customers with low-noise working environments also like to opt for this model.
