The extremely space-saving design of our screen changer allows a lot of creative freedom, both with new machines and in the case of retrofitting, since the structure of the extruder platform only needs to be adjusted a little. The screen changer is installed instead of a connection piece and can be equipped with a hydraulic or electric drive. The simplest way, however, is to use a cordless screwdriver, which makes changing bits a quick and easy endeavor. Screen changers are available for all common throughputs.

metal separator was developed for the examination of plastic granulates, ground material and powders for metallic foreign bodies. It is used in the injection molding and extrusion areas for slow-flowing material columns. Both the detector and the ejection unit have been specially developed for this area of use. Of course, we also “bend the rules” when it comes to our round headboards, either in solid wood or wood veneer. With our bending and moulding machine and the 5axis CNC machines, we produce (almost) any desired shape and radius. In addition to producing individual pieces of wood, our services also include the associated finishing and processing. You receive varnished and securely packed wooden parts.

SOMOS® Volmix from ProTec is a highly accurate volumetric dosing and mixing system. Volmix stands for VOLumetric dosing and MIXing. The system supplies injection molding machines as well as extruders or blow molding machines with throughputs of up to 2,500 kg/h. A high-accuracy small-volume dosing unit for regrind for a throughput as low as 150 g/h is available as an option.

Perfect closing - clamping machines for the APG technology from HÜBERS. HÜBERS' automatic clamping machines permit the productivity advantages of APG systems to be fully realized. The whole system as well as the mould are easily accessible. They can be tilted and rotated around various axes. This enables the moulds to be inserted by automatic lifting devices.

All of our controllers are characterized by user-friendly operation (in various languages) and maximum precision. They are shielded from interfering signals and work with little noise. Our controllers are work with Seiki hotrunners or hotrunners from other manufacturers. We have experience in using our controllers with the most of the injection molding machines commonly used in Europe.
