The SB3 pallet box is available with either closed or perforated walls and bottom and a choice between three runners or nine feet. The exceptionally stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and the runner version in particular offers secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines. The overall seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces of the SB3 pallet box enable easy emptying and cleaning as well as good drying properties. Stacking shoulders in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other pallet boxes (Euro stacking system). The CB3 High pallet box is particularly robust and, with a height of 1,140 mm and around 1,000 litres capacity, presents the perfect solution for the efficient transporting of particularly large quantitis or bulky goods. Its single-mould manufacturing with three runners or nine feet ensures a robust runner or foot connection. Additional ribs above the entry openings offer increased protection against forklift tines while the strong ribbing of the lower deck results in a very robust container bottom. Integrated stacking cams on the outside corners lock with the stacking pockets in the bottom, ensuring stacked boxes are firmly secured. The HB3 is the first and only completely closed pallet box with welded runners on the market and consists of the box body as the top part and the pallet with three welded runners as the bottom part. Introduction Mediprene BM is a range of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) optimised for medical blow moulding applications. What is blow moulding? Blow moulding is a manufacturing process that is used to produce hollow parts such as bottles, balloons and bags. The process begins with melting the TPE and forming it into a tube, called a parison. The parison is clamped into a divided mould, the tube is pinched at one end, welding it together and then air is blown into it. The air pressure inflates the TPE out to match the mould cavity. Once the TPE has cooled and hardened the mould opens and the part is ejected. Mediprene BM TPE We have designed the Mediprene BM TPE compounds to have high melt strength, giving time to close the mould around the extruded parison while allowing sufficient stretchability during inflation.
