The mobile stainless steel MIXACO container equipped with wheel s is filled with raw materials and then pushed towards the container mixer by the operator. In this pha se, the container is used as a transport container. In the container mixer, the container is connected t o the mixing head and tilted 180° into the mixing position. During the mixing process, the container together with the mi xing head is therefore used as a mixing chamber. After mixing, the container is tilted back to the basic position. The container with the fi nished mixed material is removed from the mixer, and can now be transported directly for further processing without decanting to a diff erent receptacle. In this phase, the container is once again used as a transport container.

Multi sampler with several closed chambers, for multi point sampling from several predetermined sampling depths. Bürkle zone samplers are used for taking samples of bulk goods of any kind. The big advantage of zone samplers is that all-layer samples can be collected from all layers of the container. Various bulk goods can be collected with the lances, from the finest powder to large grains such as corn or nuts. The zone samplers are available in different lengths. 55 cm (only Multi, Uno and All-layer sampler) especially suitable for sacks, 85 cm long (especially for barrels, tubs, mixed containers) and 150 cm as well as 250 cm (only Jumbo sampler) for big bags, silos, tanks. Safe and reliable sampling is made even easier with useful special accessories such as sealing sleeves, Quali-Paper, cleaning brushes, emptying devices and close-it control seals. The zone samplers are available in different models for different sampling tasks.

The all-layer drill is a special zone collector specifically designed for heavily compacted substances. Often it is very difficult or impossible with conventional zone collectors to penetrate media of this type and take a sample extending through all layers. By contrast, the drilling blades of the all-layer drill burrow easily and quickly to the required depth without expending any great force. This makes it easy to take samples of media, even those with high density, and every type of highly compacted powders and granulates. The all-layer drill thus allows you to take a representative sample through all the layers, even with greatly compressed media.It is ideal for larger containers, mixed containers, big bags, etc. in the building materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and luxury items industries.

LRD - Top-entry sealed agitator The LRD series top-entry sealed agitator can be used for mixing in closed containers with a mechanical seal. It is designed with a coupling housing. The agitator shaft is borne in the bearing housing and the mechanical seal (single- or double-acting). The seal can be exchanged without dismantling the mixer from the tank (also in case of a side entry). Drives with shaft journals for LRD series: Three-phase motor Helical geared drive unit Parallel shaft geared drive unit Variable speed geared drive unit Helical bevel geared drive unit According to the tank size, the LRD series agitator is available in four different frame sizes. Intensive vertical mixing of the container ingredients in the micro and macro range. An additional downstream shear ring dispersion is not necessary. Due to optimal dispersion performance, high efficiency and easy handling of the mixing tools used, the Dispermix meets the high requirements of demanding production processes for the introduction of liquids or powders into liquid. Agglomerates are crushed and thus better wetting of the powder with the liquid. Different slot widths allow the adaptation to the corresponding application. The Dispermix head generates two differently directed liquid streams. A vertical partial flow is directed straight to the vessel bottom, where it is divided and circulates the entire vessel contents. A second partial stream is deflected horizontally in the Dispermix head and guided through the dispersion zone. Solid particles and/or droplets are reliably comminuted and homogeneously distributed.

TDS Induction Mixers draw powder, liquids or gases below their level into liquids and at the same time homogenise the contents of the container. The vacuum required for induction is generated in the mixing head. The machine is installed in the container from above by means of a flange or traverse. Alternatively, the TDS Induction Mixer can work on a lifting frame. The powder is inducted from the container and introduced under the fluid level by mixing it immediately and wetting. The mixing head generates the required negative pressure. Dust loads are prevented during the addition of powder by direct induction from the bag. Effective micro and macro mixing of the complete container contents with simultaneous addition of powder. Immediate wetting under fluid level. Complete mass transfer and homogeneity across all container levels via the jetstream mixing principle. In addition, liquids and gases can be inducted.

MIXACO Charging station The MIXACO charging station is used for dust free filling of the mixing container with raw materials. In conjunction with a bottom weighing scale or dosing systems, a fully automatic, a semi-automatic or manual charging of the container can be carried out.

The MIXACO discharge stations are used for dust free emptying of the product into the further processing step (e.g. dosing system into an extruder). The container is fixed in place when moved into the discharge station. Two different executions are available: Type Guide fork Type Platform Differentiated by the way of feeding the container. Type Guide fork The movable container is pushed by means of its own wheels into the discharge station type guide fork and is locked in place. A pneumatic coupling is used to connect the discharge pipe to the container discharge valve. Type Platform The container is placed onto the emptying station with the aid of a lifting device (crane or forklift). By means of the moveable container with the mixed material, container with separate trolley, will be positioned in the tumbling mixer. The moveable container will be lifted by a pneumatic stamp. The trolley will be fixed in the tumbling mixer by means of a pneumatically actuated draw-in device. The head of the tumbling mixer formed as a container, fixed on the mixing head with four pneumatically operated clamping jaws including forklift pockets and discharge valve. The lifted container is locked to the tumbling head by means of pneumatically actuated locks. After fixing of the container at the tumbling head a SPS controlled tumbling process starts.
